Qubus Hotel Wrocław

Location great, issue MAJOR renovation work taking place - right next door to our room....less than 24 hour notice before travel.....moved room day before coming home!! Off 2 welcome drink vouchers which still asked to pay 1 zloty per drink for 2 x half glass of procesco (this was added to any drink) not the cost but principle..... no drink allowed in spa, asked for room service and they refused, even though they advertise room service....no phone plugged in room. Then woke to very loud drilling noise from room next door!! Only have video of noise but unable to upload

Under construction. While I am writing I have a drill just next to my room. I have a long voyage behind me anx wanted to get some rest. When checking in, I was not told. The answer after complaining: “It is on our website”. I booked via Booking.com and there was no mention about construction works

Great hotel. Staff who wouldn't do enough to help, good food, clean room and a fabulous location. Would definitely stay there again

Just back from 3 days in the Qubus, Wroclaw. Wonderful hotel, in an ideal location- 5 minutes walk to The Market Square. Breakfast was fantastic- there really is a choice of 100 things, everything really fresh and constantly replenished. Unfortunately the pillows were too small and there was no shower mat in the cubicle but everything else in the room was top quality. You could get a coffee for free in the lobby which was lovely. The receptionist booked a taxi for us to the airport and gave us some fruit for the journey. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Rooms aren't big but are adequate and have iron and kettle. Didn't hear anybody else in neighbouring rooms and its very quiet for a central location. Breakfast has plenty of choice. Nice pool and sauna.
