Citi Hotel's Wroclaw

The location was suitable, the staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The bathroom was excellent, and the stay felt quite pleasant overall. What stood out was the in-room kitchen, which offered enough space to prepare simple meals if needed. The value was strong and the atmosphere felt modern yet distinctive. The hotel was well maintained, and noise remained low. It was a great experience overall, with a tasty breakfast despite limited options.

Just back from 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent and very friendly booked a taxi for us a couple of times to water park and also airport. Was a power cut one day but they warned us about it. There are building works next to hotel so if light sleeper better get room away from that side of building.Didnt bother any of us. The only down side was location as it was a bit out of the way a good 20mins walk into main square other than that would recommend

Booked this Hotel as it was just outside the city and was not aware of what it had to offer and how central this Hotel was for sightseeing. Greeted with a warm welcome and all was explained about the hotel. When booking i booked the wrong room type and after contacting the Hotel I was upgraded on arrival. Room was sufficient with a bath and shower, fridge, kitchen area adequate with a kettle and bottled water. Room was clean and tidy and even when cleaned on request to a high standard. Bed was comfortable and room had a air conditioner that helped on the warm 28 deg days. The only negative point was, don't have a room above the 4 outside tables as the late night and early mornings there are were people sitting talking loudly. The tram stop was a short walk the took you into many directions and allowed connections onwards for us to experience this lovely City. The reception staff were on hand to give us advise on how that trams operate and in English.

Got a great deal for four nights from Sunday to Thursday, so value for money was an absolute. Citi Hotel is a modern building just off Legnicka, one the main routes into the centre. For public transport, there are buses and trams that take you directly into the Rynek and Ostrow Tumski. The walk would be around twenty minutes. The hotel is clean and functional, think Premier Inn. Rooms are spacious, ours even had a kitchenette. Beds were a bit of the hard side, but that's being slightly pedantic.

This hotel immeditaly debits your credit card in foreign currency even if you ant to pay in PLN. Mkases it 7% more expensive on our GBP - denominated credit card. A sharp practice at best if not not quite illegal in Poland yet. Service so-so. Good location for Old Town. WiFi OK. Room not quite up to standard on arrival. Could do better.
