Sata airlines sent us here when our flight was cancelled. Although the location is prime and it seems on the outside to be well taken care of, we were put in a very scurvy part of the hotel with stained carpets and a bathroom that looked like it was from a hospital room. Anyway, it may have been reserved for people rolling in with cancellations (insult to injury), but I’d suggest shopping around before committing to this place.

Not the best experience. Expected more of a 4 star centralized hotel. Caution guests with the parking at -2 level with no direct access. We landed at 6am from an overnight flight. Checked in early but told no room available. We would taken an upgrade but told no availability. No fuss. We returned hours later. We spent a week, parking at -2 level. When checking out, they wanted to charge us for the -1 level parking that had the direct access. I clarified we never benefited from it and paid out of pocket for -2 level (€7.50 / daily) In fact, no one told us we finally had availability there! Rooms are average. Not very spacious and limited toiletries. Carpets need to be cleaned both in rooms and hallways. Stains are visible. Breakfast was good considering the sleeping accommodations. We also had reserved ocean front. That made the experience a little better. Reception/ front desk staff could do a little better.

This hotel was chosen for us by Sata Airlines and we arrived before 10 am - we were the 2nd pair to arrive - we were told check in was 3 pm - we were exhausted from an overnight flight. The couple beside us said they needed a room right away to do work and so they paid 30 euro for “an upgrade “. We returned at 2pm to be told our room was not ready as it was assigned and NOT clean - we watched as 3 new sets of travellers came in and were given a room right away. All but 2 other rooms weren’t assigned from our plane - so almost all passengers were accommodated hours before - we questioned why this was and we were told rooms were assigned when you checked in which is the first time I’ve ever heard this in all my years of travelling - I would NEVER choose this hotel based on this- they let us sit and wait all day and an hour in the lobby - not customer focused at all!

I was robbed in this hotel on October 4, 2025 between about 2:30 and 4:30pm. My fellow travelers and I were advised it would be "perfectly safe" to leave our suitcases and backpacks in the "secure" cloak room across from the Lobby front desk. As I learned, that room was not secured at all, not even locked. The hotel front desk acknowledged that the event happened but they would only help me replace medications stolen--and my toothbrush. Beyond that, they are taking no responsibility for substantial lost of personal property. I strongly advise not to stay in this place, there are better options with better security and management.

This is our last night in this excellent hotel, it was better than we expected, from Sophia on reception, who was lovely and helpful to the slick bar manager. The breakfast was always excellent, the choice was vast, the hotel room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had sea facing room with a large balcony. During our trip, we hired a car from the company attached to the hotel and parked below the hotel in the secure car park. The hotel has an excellent pool and sauna the lot, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
