VIP Executive Azores Hotel

For a 4 star hotel this was a very bad experience. The room was poorly cleaned, there was dust on the furniture. But the worst part is that the toilet wasn't clean underneath; it was soiled with a substance that looked just like vomit. When we complained, they sent a woman to clean it, who, obviously, was unwilling to help but still tried to say that it was the cleaning detergent itself that had leaked down the toilet...it's a shame I didn't take pictures. The breakfast was also very poor for a 4 star hotel...

We are very disappointed with customer service overall we stayed at this Hotel for 11 nights always missing something in the room every day the carpets were never vacuum during the 11 days stay the room well decorated overall breakfast was the same everyday and not of very good quality for the cost of staying they definitely need to improve customer service at check out time they never thank me or ask me if we enjoy the stay. I will not stay at this hotel in the future

Nice clean and fairly modern hotel. Quality of food in the restaurant for dinner is poor. Overcooked fish and meat. Poor quality of vegetables.
