Been on this 3 world old hotel last month for severals days,if you can call this a hotel ,,I think this is the worst one we ever been ,,starting from the room with mould ,air conditioning not working ,cleaning is doesn't exist ,they just make the bed ,to not exaggerating every day we need to call for something missing or forget to be left in ,like towels ,shower gel ,water and the list go on ,if you don't speak Spanish you don't exist at all ,with staff so much uneducated and racist, starting from bar especially ,and buffet as well,all included but need to wait for 15-20 min for water ,juice or any drink ,as personal is delivering to you,if not tipping big time be ready to Finnish eat before you get the drink ,kids entertainment is zero ,staff responsible to do anything are useless,look like they hate what they doing ,,of course everything is in SPANISH for who is understanding ,for rest of the people they don't give a f..., if you answer ,,no abla espanol, that's it , the face is changing from anyone looking to you in a most very disgusting pose ,kids club on very low level to entertainment,just avoid at all ,,herritage rooms,no lift ,if you still going make sure to have a side around 1000 dollars for tipping everyone's just to receive 25% for what you already paid,,shame to them.to treat people like that ,,

During our stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia we checked in however as it was a large complex my only suggestion would have been to be offered a paper map to show where things where as we spent most of the evenings wondering round and missing activities. We where directed to our room which was spacish, comfortable and for a family size room the layout was great however our little boy didn't utilise his bed as it was right next to the balcony door. The bathroom provided a jacquiz bath it could have been cleaned better and it needs upgrading as the jets where old and run down. Everything in the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was cooked by one of the chefs who gave us 10/10 eggs everyday couldn't fault him, the food was presented well lots of choice. Some of the bar staff where rude as they ignored you whilst waiting in a queue to be served. One bar tender was taking photos on girls phones at the pool bar and chatting to them when he knew that their was a queue and even when asking the girls if they where ordering drinks they said no which was frustrating. The pools where great lovely hot water in the main pool. The waterslides where good. There could have been more of a variety of snacks as the pizza was cold and they only served hot dogs which isn't everyone's choice of food. The evening entertainment was good but again not equipped to the younger ones as they where showing late evening around 21.30pm. We got told that we could use other hotels in the complex but we where turned away by the Esmeralda for drinks as we needed a different wrist band although we could use the pool. The beach was within walking distance but I did like the buggies that took you around the resort if you didn't want to walk far. One of my suggestions would be to offer more for the younger ones during the day if they don't want to go into kids club which not all kids do there's nothing else to do other than utilise the pools. The evening restaurants where nice hard to get booked in as filled up very quick we had the italian, Mexican and Indian. The Indian was bad we got offered what looked like a Tesco wrap for an appertiser and the curry was tastless they even charge you 15 dollars for a chicken tikka which the food is supposed to be included. The dinner show was impressive however the food was awful would definately change it didn't taste nice, no flavour and we had no choice but to eat it as no alternatives. My overall expectations of the complex is great I would recommend it to others and return in the future but it does need the above issues resolving

Stunning hotel lovely rooms - lots of food choice . The family concierge are so helpful and kind especially chiara , the fiesta night was fab also - only let down is the bar staff are very miserable and not great drink choices or brands which you’d expect there . Also the entertainment for kids is poor . Loved our stay and would return certainly

Visited Punta cana Bahia Pricipe Legend Fantasia! I wanted to say that the resort is very old, the rooms are moldy, the food in the buffet is the same every day, and a cockroach climbed on the , I saw it with my own eyes! All the entertainment is in Spanish, so even if the child wanted to participate in the entertainment, he would not understand what they were saying! The staff is very slow, we waited for a drink at the bar for almost 20-25 minutes, in the buffet we also had to beg for water! I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not go back there myself! Friends, you need a serious renovation! For the money we paid, it is like 3.5 stars, not 5!

Locations, pools and activities were good, but staff hospitality 0, waiters and bartenders lack of friendliness and hospitality, took to much time to get a service.
