Some employees at the resort are not so friendly. There was a handful of employees that did not care to smile or help. The resort is fairly clean, but our rooms were really old. The shower head and the blow dryer in my room didn’t work. The toilet seat and floor in the bathroom was not clean. It’s a good thing I carry my own disinfectant wipes. The king sized mattress has seen better days. Although the food spread at the buffet was fabulously displayed and there were different daily themes, the food was tasteless and the people behind the counter had long faces. No smiles. The tags on the food were not accurate either. We had to choose food depending on sight. When we’d ask what this or that was, their answer was really short, unclear, and made me feel like I shouldn’t be asking! Most of the waiters and waitresses were friendly. Being able to speak Spanish was a plus. I was able to translate for my New Yorker friends. Make sure you wear mosquito repellent. The prices for a can of Redbull changed from $5 to $9- depending on who was at the register the day I went into the same store by the lobby. The excursions, bus pick ups, and drop offs were not organized. Although the team tries to keep it together, there isn’t a clear organization. Tourists had to keep on the lookout for who’s going where. The package we chose stated that we were allowed to get two lunches and two dinners from about 8 different restaurants. However, once we tried to make a reservation, ALL of the restaurants were booked. We were there for five days and four nights and were only able to reserve ONE restaurant! I really think this is false advertising. The positive reviews are that the drink package we paid for came with some free drinks. We were lucky to get some nice bartenders. The entertainment in the evening catered to families and couples with live music and a few private performances. One of the evenings was open for soccer fans with a big screen and lots of seating.

This experience was terrible the resorts people were rude and not attentive the first room I got was infested with mosquitoes and a broken toilet I had to beg for Waters of bottles every day and nobody cared you would sit in the buffet and no one will bring you water or coffee until you go find someone and ask for it I will not go again this beach was full of seaweed and they did not bother cleaning it it's an absolutely terrible Resort. Also it was under construction and nobody mentioned that it was and in the middle of our state they just shut down the cafe which was the only thing that stays 24 hours in the lobby and you just have to go figure out how to get coffee or tea.

This resort lacks cleanliness, customer service and organization. We were switched three times in our stay due to dirty rooms, stained bed sheets, dirty towels and MICE POOP! yes mice poop behind the sofa. The first room that we got was outdated, dirty and old. Our first day was completely wasted, there is zero organization when you arrive to the front desk, there are so many people but everyone is working very slow, there aren’t any lines and people just bud in everywhere. It took us a couple of hours to get to our room. By the time we got there, we felt “ relieved “ but soon found a dirty room that we couldn’t stay in. The bed sheets and towels were dirty/stained, the bathtub was clogged with dirt. The TV didn’t work and we had no wifi or way of calling the front desk.Our entire day was wasted due to the fact that we were waiting to be switched for another room and only got in until 2am. Our bracelets weren’t working, the driver never arrived on time to pick up our luggage even though we waited 30min and when we got to the front desk and he wasn’t informed. Although we got room service on the second room there was still hair under the sink and bathroom area that was not ours. The wifi wasn’t working and there was Mice poop behind the sofa, when looking for an additional outlet we found this surprise. We overheard other people complaining about the cleanliness at the front desk so we understand it wasn’t just us. The third room was fine but by this time we were so grossed out and it was our last night at the resort, we stayed for 7 days. When we mentioned to the front desk about the mice poop and showed footage of everything they just asked us to write a report… The wifi is terrible throughout the entire hotel even the lobby or rooms. The staff is very hostile and inattentive throughout the entire resort. They seem unhappy and are also unresponsive, when greeting them with “ Hi good morning How are you ? Could I please get x ? Thank you, they respond with either no answer or a short cold answer. It doesn’t matter if you speak Spanish or English it’s the same. This was a challenging aspect of our trip since we have to be dependent on staff to ask for directions, to take the small trains within the resort since it’s huge and you can’t walk to many places etc. Even asking for an extra to go cup seems as if you are asking them for a favor. The buffet had lots of options but nothing was appetizing, the fish was very dry,the meat lacked seasoning. A lot of food didn’t have descriptions so we weren’t sure what it was, when we asked the people behind the counter they didn’t know if it was beef, pork etc. We are not picky people when it comes to food, but this was something else. We wrote a report about our overall stay but doubt that anything will be done since we left already. All they offer was a switch to another room and a lousy massage. This doesn’t cover the entire terrible experience that we had on our “ vacation “ Spend your hard earn money somewhere else ! We’ve had quality experience in other hotels in Cancún which offer Top service and cleanliness. This was a 0/10 for us.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, I've never in my life suffered from a theft inside a hotel and even less in one like this. This week I was in this hotel in room 16112 and unfortunately I suffered a theft of part of my belongings today (it was my last day at the hotel). It makes me very angry and sad that a hotel of this level has such thieving and dishonest people. I had loved the place, but due to today's situation I would never return and would never recommend this place. If you want to be in a good hotel and in a place where your belongings are completely safe, I recommend going somewhere else.

Location is good, We hardly got the room that we reserved for. But had problems . It is suite 1204 , have fallen bedroom door, ca not fix it , I called to fix so they send a man but couldn't fix it he said that will come next day, but no body comes. I called 6 times with the same answer that will send somebody with in few minutes, no body comes.
