The resort was great and we had a good time. Food was good and we met Sant Diego at the beach who took us on a private tour. Great guy and it was such a great experience. I would go again to Dominican over Mexico.

Everything went well from the arrival to our departure. The food is excellent, especially in the 4 restaurants. Very good cappuccino at the coffee shop. A large beach with the possibility of walking 5km. The entire resort is clean including our room. The staff made our trip even better, so welcoming, smiling and always excellent service! The activities are fun in the evening with Junior as an animator and the dancers! Great time at the White Party on the beach. Possibility of tranquility or participate in the more festive atmosphere. A very special mention to the best bartender Sandy, it was a great pleasure to meet you. Hasta la próxima!

We travelled as a family of 5 from March 19–26, and unfortunately this was not the experience we were hoping for. Overall, I would rate this resort 2/5. Starting with the positives — the weather was beautiful all week. Even though rain was called for daily, it never lasted long and didn’t impact our trip. The evening entertainment was also a highlight. The animation team did a great job, and it was something we looked forward to each night. We also found the morning buffet staff to be friendly and helpful. That said, there were several major concerns. The food at the buffet and beach bars was very disappointing. There were flies around the food, including raw meat and items that appeared to have been sitting out for long periods. Because of this, we avoided the buffet and relied on the à la carte restaurants — which created another issue. Reservations are booked through an app at 9am, and by 9:01 everything is gone, making it extremely difficult to secure a spot. When we did get in, the experience was inconsistent. One night we were allowed in wearing shorts and sandals, and the next night at the same restaurant we were turned away for not having pants and closed-toe shoes. The lack of consistency was frustrating, and the reception staff at the à la cartes were not accommodating. We also found some of the staff to be quite pushy, particularly when it came to the “welcome package,” which is essentially a timeshare presentation that can take up a large portion of your day. The rooms were another major downside. There is very little privacy, with an open concept layout and a completely see-through bathroom and shower area. There were also cleanliness concerns — our floors appeared to be cleaned with bleach, which stained some of my daughter’s clothing, and our minibar was stocked with previously opened water bottles that were not sealed. Lastly, since returning home, all five of us have experienced stomach issues and a cold, which is concerning. We also wish there had been more daytime activities available for kids, especially as a family resort. Overall, while there were a few bright spots, the negatives outweighed the positives for us, and we would not return

Overall, our experience was very good. There are some things that are not included in the all-inclusive part of the resort. The staff more than made up for any shortcomings we found. So many staff members helped us and made our trip very enjoyable!! Amaury gave us the most amazing experience at the Bígaro Restaurant. His service was fantastic. You have to pay for this meal but the price is reasonable, and the food was excellent! We sat right out on the beach. The view was amazing. Elisa and Franklin Cruz also did a great job of taking care of us. I would recommend this resort for anyone that is wanting to get away and relax for a few days.

Very family oriented, friendly staff , very welcoming, was treated like family for the entire trip, huge shout out to Juan Ramos and Yonathan Diamond also Pedro from the restaurant staff. We felt like we were he receiving special services. Only negative is there shou be a designated area for smoking, especially with lots of kids, and babies around. Definitely will be going back, my kids already planning their next visit..happy family.. food was great, lots of options for everyone. Beach was fantastic, beautiful turquoise water.. very calming and kids has a blast
