Had a nice time at the hotel. The employees were very friendly and kind.

Had a Spanish lesson with Junior. He did a great job. Very friendly, but at the some time professional. You could see, that he really wanted us to learn. Great resort. Not too big, not too small. Good food. Lovely staff.

There are two sides to this hotel. First the dedicated staff who are very good, helpful and friendly and then is the layout of the hotel itself. The most precarious plan. Everywhere there's raised ground covered by cement, stairs that dont have side handles and pool toilets smaller than those on board the airplane which are cloged up even more with very unecessary big bins. Upon entry to your room one faces a raised ground about 2-3 inches which can be a death trap for children, elderly and someone drunk returning to their rooms and tripping. Indeed just a day ago a couple from Canada had to cut short their vacation because their toddler had triped and hurt their knees,and they needed medical attention. Buffet food is fairly limited and repetitive but strongly recommend go to restaurants for dinner. They are very nice and food is great. The dark blue t-shirt staff chase people endlessly to sell them something which is beyond annoying. Regarding drinks, the basic requirements for a 4star hotel aren't met, for instance there is no champagne even if one wants to purchase it and they have only a handful of coctails available. WiFi is very slow and it cuts off randomly. For a peaceful time go to the beach which is well kept and with plenty sunbeds.

My experience was phenomenal. Staff was wonderful, always ready to help. Food was excellent especially all the restaurants at night. Junior was always so fun to be around with at the shows. He took great case of us all the time in a friendly and caring way.
