We came here from the United States and cannot be happier with the excellent service we have been provided with. Food 10/10, entertainment 10/10, the staff was friendly, warming, and very welcoming, made us laugh all the time, specially Junior. Thank you emotions team! definitely looking forward to our next stay!

i loved this location , the had great shows every night at 9:30 pm which were amazing. the service is absolutely wonderful the staff and service was very friendly and kind i would definitely recommend. the entertainment manger was named junior and he was wonderful working with.

Amazing experience. Service staff was so so good. Specially at the Snack area. Marlenys García and Exequiel Martínez gave us a 10/10 service. They’re very humble, empathetic and diligent people. Will be visiting again definitely!

Our stay at Hodelpa was absolutely amazing, and everything was top-notch from start to finish! The resort, the atmosphere, and the service completely exceeded our expectations.The absolute highlight of our vacation was the incredible entertainment team. They brought so much energy and joy to every single day. The beach games they organized were super fun, engaging, and kept everyone entertained. We also thoroughly enjoyed the award ceremonies, which were always filled with laughter and great vibes.A special shoutout and massive thank you goes to the head of the team, Mr. Junior. I had no complaints about anything, I really liked the entertainment team as they were very nice to me. One problem for me however, I had an issue with the armband system. Mine blocked me from accessing other services that were more made for people like me. Overall great hotel if your 18+
