Impressive Punta Cana

Chocolatina y sugar was amazing with the entertainment and all in all the resort is a 10/10 there’s so much to do and majority of the staff are very friendly. I would definitely come here again. The location is amazing the environment with all the tropical atmosphere is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and we even got a free room upgrade upon arrival. I think all in all it’s good value for what you get. The cleanliness of the pools aren’t all great but again majority okay. And the noise level is perfect we are nice and far away from the main theatre and entertainment so our room is completely silent it’s perfect. Like I say 10/10 experience would definitely recommend

The staff are very friendly and helpful in every way especially Chocolatina . The hotel is amazing (impressive) with loads of entertainment there is always something to do. Would definitely come back 10/10 for everything. Food is amazing too

The hotel is realy bad. Pool and surrounds are worn out and filthy. Beach bar over half an hour to get a drink. Beach stinks of rotten seaweed. Room cleaning if your lucky. Bad smell of sewage around the grounds. Buffet restaurant food always cold and pretty much the same every day, little choice. Construction going on in the hotel and next to it, very noisy up until 10-30pm some evenings. I have stayed at at least ten hotels in this area and Impressive is the worst by far. DO NOT STAY THERE.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, josmely, chocolate, sugar and chocolatina were fun. Beach was beautiful and there was a lot of activities everyday. Buffet and food options were really good plus free bar
