Impressive Punta Cana

Was a really good place to be honest I will be back.. and I won the mini golf tournament 🙌🙌🙌, the premium option is highly recommended

I stayed June 3rd and 4th. They provided me with a room with poor air conditioning. I called in complained within minutes of staying there. Nothing got done. I was supposed leave June 7 but that situation with a bad air conditioner rushed me to get out there in a hurry.

Our stay at Impressive Punta Cana was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and if you are expecting a proper resort experience, you should look elsewhere. We specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday and exchanged multiple emails weeks in advance. Although the staff promised a birthday surprise on his exact special day, they completely failed to deliver. To make matters worse, management later falsely claimed they had left the amenities in our room on our arrival day, which was a total lie as we never received anything. The issues, however, run much deeper than just ruined celebrations. The room we were given was completely unacceptable and incredibly dirty - full of bugs, cobwebs, heavy dust, and bed sheets that looked and felt as if they hadn't been changed in months. Our health was also severely compromised; my partner and I suffered from severe digestive issues and unbearable stomach pains for days, which only stopped after we completely cut out mixed foods, warm fruits, and processed items from the buffet. The resort grounds are equally disappointing. The pool area was so visibly dirty and smelled so strongly of harsh chemicals that we didn't dare to step foot in it even once. There is also absolutely no control over the "Premium" status, as non-premium guests were constantly using premium facilities and perks for free, making the whole upgrade system a total scam. To top it all off, customer service is nonexistent if you speak English, often resulting in total disrespect or being completely ignored. Even the entertainment team was a joke; they seemed completely uninterested in their jobs, and when we agreed to play beach volleyball, it turned out none of the animators even knew how to play, yet they aggressively forced everyone to play seriously, completely ruining the fun. Due to this horrific experience, we sent an email officially canceling our upcoming second reservation for June and explicitly asked for a confirmation. True to their terrible hospitality standards, they completely ignored our email and ghosted us without ever sending a reply. We refuse to return to a resort that treats its guests, hygiene, and health with such complete disregard. Save your money, your health, and your nerves - go somewhere else.

An excellent service and attention, all the staff was great, food and activities also very good. The mini club ladies was great with our kids, lily, maria, alexandra and roberta. We definitely recommend for anyone who want to have a good time

Chocolate was amazing!! He is the life of the party he goes above and beyond to make the guests have a special stay! He is very interactive and friendly. Overall the resort is a 10/10!! The staffing here is the best. Absolutely everyone was attentive and helpful! Just walking around you are greeted with a smile by everyone. Whether it’s morning or night you get the same energy all around. When I come back I am most definitely staying at this resort. Had a terrific experience and would do it all over again. The Mediterranean restaurant was definitely my favorite for food. You won’t regret staying here!!
