Our stay at Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort was simply wonderful. It was a truly amazing and paradise-like experience from beginning to end. The resort is beautiful, well organized, and very comfortable, with an excellent structure for anyone looking to relax, enjoy, and disconnect. The beaches are stunning, the pool area is excellent, and the atmosphere makes you truly feel like you are in paradise. The service also deserves special recognition: the staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food and drinks were another highlight, with great variety and quality throughout our stay. Without a doubt, it was an incredible and unforgettable experience in Punta Cana. A perfect place to relax, enjoy special moments, and create wonderful memories. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again.

When we arrived we were greeted by one of the receptionist who wanted us to upgrade the room that was the first thing he asked us, we had already been travelling for 14hrs so we were very tired then he told us that our room was not ready and check is not till 3 even though there were people going straight to their room when they arrived so we had to wait for more than an hour before we could go to our room. The room was lovely so we didn't need to upgrade. There are cockroaches in the restaurant also in the sports bar. This could be a lovely hotel if they gave it a good clean and not have someone at the pool chucking water over the floor to clean it haven't they ever heard a scrubbing brush. The receptionist team have no idea of customer service not very helpful at all most of the staff could do with some training of how to treat customers and a smile would be nice. We cannot fault Martha the waitress at the pool and Joel the barman in the piano bar they couldn't do enough for us. The staff on reception were really and truly unhelpful and always trying to pass the buck. We went back to our room at 4 and a couple of days it wasn't even done and some days there wasn't any towels in the room, the food is hit or miss but to be honest seeing the cockroaches running across the tables and chairs it put us off so we started eating in the other hotel, the service was not very good in any off the restaurants I could go on. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to family or friends

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The common areas, pools, and relaxation spaces are always well maintained, clearly showing the team’s dedication to keeping high standards throughout the property. The food variety is another highlight. The restaurants offer excellent presentation, great quality, and options for every taste. Every meal felt like a delightful experience, always accompanied by attentive and courteous service. We would especially like to recognize MARIA from the entertainment team. Her charisma, positive energy, and dedication make every activity fun and memorable. She was always engaging with guests, encouraging participation, and creating a joyful atmosphere that truly makes a difference in the overall experience. Overall, this resort exceeds expectations in service, cleanliness, comfort, and ambiance. It is definitely a place we would return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation, fun, and top-quality service.
