Really good experience especially with the entertainment team super nice ppl Beyoncé took really good care of us

My stay at Serenade Punta Cana Beach Hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff are exceptional - attentive, kind, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and well cared for. The property features multiple restaurants offering diverse cuisine, making it easy to enjoy something different each day. Overall, a highly satisfying experience that I would confidently recommend.

Just finished up a week here and had a great time overall. We met so many wonderful people and the staff were great! Peluche ❤️❤️❤️was our absolute favorite and made hanging at the pool a blast!! I would give the overall experience a 7/10. When we first arrived we did request to change rooms because our room had a quite a bit of wear and tear and unfortunately had an odor. They also have a very strange design for the bathroom that is a window into the shower, our first room was not good our daughter did not want to show in there (orange pic) but the second room was better(blue pic).With that being said the everything was very clean with the exception of a few areas that looked to have water damage from a previous storm. They were happy to accommodate and also offered an upgrade at a discount. The overall dining was not as great as expected but edible lol. Our favorite was the hibatchi dining and the steak house. Our server hector was happy to translate to the cook our needs for some plan rice and chicken for a child in our group. The buffet was for sure nit my favorite BUT if your not a picky eater like me it has LOTS of options, dont get me wrong I did not starve while there. Lastly, they have a group called Expand that they call butlers and we were NOT a fan. They were very pushie about us attending a timeshare presentation for the new Caribe sister resort next door. This turned us off quite a bit but we eventually got over it. That being said if you are staying here they do not allow you to go into the sister resort at all, there is security between checking wristbands. I found that to be unfortunate because our Family would’ve liked to check out the newer resort and use the waterpark they have in addition to ours.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place sucked. I tried to take the mixed reviews with a grain of salt. Every worker looks pissed off and unwelcoming. They tried to give us a tour in another hotel and give us breakfast. It’s just a scheme to try to sell you a trip. They said it would take an hour. I said not doing that I’m here with 4 kids. Time is precious . The food was hit or miss. My wife and I both had serious bathroom issues at the end of the trip. The food will make you sick just a warning. The hotel isn’t that old yet it’s in disrepair. Missing fascia, rust stains, broken pool grates. No sheets for pull out sofa. Had to ask. Not enough pillows. Not enough towels. The beach is joke, brown water and sargassum beach. Loaded with annoying vendors. No ones at the beach. Every chair empty. If you don’t speak Spanish the staff will be rude and miserable. Luckily my wife speaks the Spanish, so we got treated a little better. I’d go elsewhere. Avoid this place.

Torbin Santana, the best bartender, I swear. He kept the nights lively. The hotel itself is amazing but in need of a drink at midnight? He’s your guy.
