The hotel is in a good location, and some staff members were helpful, especially Jacinta at the front desk. The waiters in the Italian restaurant were also excellent. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms felt old and tired, the Wi-Fi was very poor, the TV did not work, and the window was broken. We also arrived late for check-in and found that no restaurants were open, which was frustrating. Special requests were not properly attended to, and the casino experience was very poor. The casino staff were rude, seemed to change the rules as they pleased, and there were no slot machines available as advertised. I would not recommend wasting time at the casino. Overall, while the location is good and a few staff members were helpful, the hotel needs serious attention to maintenance, service consistency, Wi-Fi, and guest communication.

A long review, but I wanted to cover every aspect of our stay to help future travelers. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The room's location within the resort was excellent, and the private jacuzzi was definitely the icing on the cake. One of the biggest highlights of the resort is its atmosphere. The property has a very relaxing vibe, and being just a short walk from Beau Vallon Beach, one of the best beaches on Mahé, makes the location even better. The staff truly made our stay memorable. A special thanks to Prem, Tikaram, Gihan Raj, and Nexi, who were always friendly, approachable, and happy to help whenever we needed information or assistance. The reception team also deserves a mention—they were consistently helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The resort offers a good variety of dining options, including Continental, Indian, and Italian cuisine. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant, where the service was warm and attentive. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, creating a very pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent overall. The only dish that didn't quite meet our expectations was the tiramisu, but everything else was enjoyable. Costing wise- it is little on higher side- bit if you see- Seychelles is overall costly, so can't complain. The Indian restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Every dish we ordered was well prepared and full of flavor. Pardeep Kumar, the supervisor, was exceptionally courteous and always had a welcoming smile, which made every meal even more enjoyable. We'd also like to thank Myra, Rita, and Anil for their attentive service. A special appreciation goes to the chefs—Abid, Nawas, and Pawan. The food was outstanding and, honestly, among the best we had during our entire trip to Seychelles. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mahé—whether you're traveling as a family, with friends, or as a couple on your honeymoon. It offers a great combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent hospitality, good food, and a fantastic location.

I was there for a week long business trip + a bit of leisure time. The location just on the most beautiful beach in Seychelles is awesome. The overall ambience was friendly and relaxing - after experiencing daily very stressing and long working sessions - it was so heeling to come back to hotel and relax! My room was on the ground floor with a terrace to beautiful garden - so not hotel-like environment at all. The room was silent - I got great sleep, air-condition worked smoothly, and the room service was fine. The kind and inspiring behaviour of the personal - especially like to mention Tess - wow what a smile!, Gihan, Eva and Nano. You are living examples what great service means in concrete terms, thanks a lot! The accommodation was great value for money - and I can highly recommend this hotel also for business travellers! The receptionist Ms Jacintha was very nice and welcoming always with a smile on her face.she went the extra miles to change my room as the one previously offered was not condusive for my medical condition.And i would also like to say thank you to Mr.Eliphas the waiter in the restaurant,he was very helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel at perfect locarion on Mahe Island. Rooms are nice and very good service. Especially Prem Singh, Tikaram guided us very well. Raj, the pool boy and Office Duty Manager Tesa were very helpful.
