Very clean rooms, very pleasant, warm,polite and friendly staff. Excellent and delicious food. A very peaceful atmosphere. Great value for your money.

Castello feels like home and it is truly feels like my second home. This trip was all about relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying some quality time and we definitely did just that. We will certainly be coming back. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Jenita and the entire F&B team, I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but please know that your kindness and service were truly appreciated. A big thank you as well to Praveen from the Reservations team, Shaun and Tina from Reception for making our stay even more enjoyable. And of course, special recognition to Mr. Travis, the General Manager. Who is always present and visible around the hotel. It is wonderful to see a GM who is so involved and approachable. It was an excellent experience. They changed our room as there was a tiny mishap in the room’s facilities and upgraded us to full board for the inconvenience. They took care of my wife’s and I’s needs and were very helpful. Special thanks goes out to Tina that made our stay exceptional

I have a wonderful weekends friendly staff during our stay which makes us very comfortable good food quite place for a nice relaxing days

Location is great as its near the Airport. Everything was good until the local day pass guest arrived, there were no privacy and a lot of noise at the pool area. But the room was big enough for a family of 4, and very clean. The night atmosphere 👌. The staff was very nice. all and all it was value for money.
