Had our Anniversary dinner and the waiter Shamim very nice guy, at Trader Vic’s was the highlight of the night, great atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience at the Story Seychelles, a truly remarkable resort where I organised an anniversary for my wife to remember. From the birthday breakfast to the birthday massage, to the room decorations and the romantic tete-a-tet dinner under the stars on the beach on the special day. Everything was arranged and executed beautifully, masterminded by Dorothy Julie, the wonderful Assistant Sales Manager at the resort. She organised everything to perfection and made our stay there on for the history books. Thanks Story Seychelles! Thanks Dorothy!

Wonderful authentic Seychellois hotel, we keep coming back We stayed at this hotel twice and were very happy both times. The location is great – only 20–25 minutes from the airport, which feels like a big advantage after a long flight. There are two “mature” restaurants on site, and that deserves a special mention: our child, who usually hardly eats anything outside home, was eating everything there, and the cocktails for adults were excellent. We tried both a ground‑floor room (during our first stay) and a small villa (on our next visit) – we enjoyed both. This is an authentic Seychellois hotel, exactly how it should be, not a cold sci‑fi style modern place. The staff are always smiling and very friendly. We especially appreciated the valet parking service: they can move your car, park it in the shade and turn on the A/C while we are still getting ready to leave – incredibly convenient. A minor area for improvement: sometimes it took a bit of time to find the staff member with towels to set them up on the sunbeds. It’s not a real problem, more a small service point that could be improved. A big thank you to Amaa (Front Office Manager), who resolved all the issues we had during the booking process quickly and professionally. The beach is superb: clean water and a large coral reef where you can see many fish, turtles, rays and even octopuses. Overall, we were very pleased with our stays and would happily return.

What an unforgettable milestone birthday experience at Stories Hotel. My husband completely outdid himself and, together with Dorothy and her team, created a day full of surprises I’ll never forget. It actually started the night before, when we walked into our room and found a birthday message written on the bed. Such a simple touch, but it set the tone for everything that followed. The next morning, breakfast turned into a celebration when the waiters arrived singing, with champagne in hand. This was followed by a relaxing massage and sauna at the spa. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the evening brought a magical dinner on the beach under the stars ✨ Coming back to the room was another highlight. The staff had prepared a bathtub covered in flower petals. A very special thank you to Dorothy for arranging everything so seamlessly. It was clear that so much care and attention went into every detail. As someone who works in events, I truly appreciated how thoughtfully everything was executed. Thank you again for making this celebration so special. I’ll be talking about this for a long time. Highly recommend for a truly special occasion.
