Very nice service from Sanjeev pool life guide.. will definitely come again

We had a reservation for 21–22 March (Reservation number: 78325SF032332) and were very much looking forward to staying at what is supposed to be a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, due to the current conflict situation in the Middle East, our Emirates flights via Dubai were cancelled because of airspace disruptions. This situation is completely outside of our control, and we therefore contacted the hotel to explain the circumstances and kindly ask whether any solution (such as a change of dates or another arrangement) might be possible. However, what is truly disappointing is that Story Seychelles has not responded at all. I have sent multiple emails and messages via Expedia over the past week, and none of them have received any reply. For a hotel in this price category and with a 5-star reputation, I find it very surprising and frankly unacceptable that guest inquiries are simply ignored. Good customer service starts with basic communication, especially when guests are dealing with unexpected travel disruptions. I am still hoping that someone from the hotel management might see this review and finally respond to our request. I would be happy to update this review if the hotel reaches out and shows willingness to assist in resolving the situation.

Everything was excellent, in our 14 day stay. Room,Pool,Food,cleaning all 5 Stars. Service was also Perfect and everybody was really charming, especially Pool lifeguard sanjeev was really humble and helpful.

We stayed here 19 days. The food, price, location and cleanness of the whole place is great, close to beach and shops. Sanjeev the pool lifeguard is a great guy, when you arrive Look for his by the pool. He is easy to talk to and extremly friendly.

Great food, clean rooms and great atmosphere overall. It is located close to the shops and the beach. Sanjeev the pool lifeguard is very friendly and easy to talk to. When you arrive make sure you look for him as he will make your stay much pleasurable. I will make sure to come back to meet Sanjeev.
