Amare Marbella Beach Hotel

What a disappointment. Overpriced with no class. I checked in with three other people - all offered cava - I was not. Perhaps they had a different status or whatever - fair enough - but at least offer B explanation why you are excluded. Wasn’t given my Wi-Fi password until I rang 5 times. Also avoid room 922 it’s flithy and the plug sockets are off the wall - I’ll send pics - I was asked how my stay was but but Young girl who evidently wasn’t trained was there so I just lest it

This is my 6th time to visit the Amare hotel in Marbella, it’s my favourite hotel, location is perfect, pool area is spotless and have the option of the beautiful beach club too. Breakfast has a fantastic selection, pool service for food and drinks is super efficient. Staff make the holiday special too as they are all so friendly. From dancers to singers and violin player by the pool too. Rooftop bar is amazing, rooms are top quality. I can keep going. See you in September Pam 🇮🇪

This was a fantastic stay in Marbella. The location is excellent right next to the old town, and only a ten minute taxi to puerto benus or puente Romano. The hotel was really nice and the room was lovely. The breakfast in the morning had a huge choice and great quality. The pool area wasn’t too busy we always found a space. I’d definitely recommend eating at the amare beach club too, a great spot to have lunch. The rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink too. Overall, so happy with this hotel for a stay in Marbella.

Amàre Beach Hotel enjoys an excellent location within walking distance of Marbella Old Town, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, and the beach and pool areas are attractive, although they can feel quite crowded during peak times. The breakfast offers a good variety and quality, but the overall service could be improved. Guests are assigned seating with little flexibility, and the staff appeared to be stretched thin. We also found the overall experience to be more expensive than the value it delivers. Our biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. We paid to upgrade from a partial sea view to a full sea view room, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working properly. Since there was no maintenance staff available that evening, we had to move back to our original room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning there was also not particularly effective. Maintenance checked it the next day but advised that it was operating normally and nothing further could be done. In the middle of the Spanish summer, effective air conditioning is not a luxury—it’s an expectation, especially at this price point. The hotel did try to make up for the inconvenience with complimentary rooftop drinks and a bottle of champagne, which was appreciated. However, as we don’t drink alcohol, those gestures didn’t address the actual issue. We also found it surprising that there was no evening maintenance coverage and that luggage assistance was not offered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the location and the hotel’s amenities, but we believe the customer service and operational support could be improved. With better attention to guest comfort and service, this hotel would provide a much stronger value for the price.

Wonderful experience! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and offers incredible facilities. It is located in Marbella, close to all the entertainment, shops, and restaurants. One of the best features is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, allowing us to easily switch between the beach and the pool throughout the day. I also have to mention the amazing staff. They were always smiling, always ready to help, and always happy to have a friendly conversation. A special thanks to Hilario, who greeted us every morning, provided outstanding service, and made us feel like much more than just guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!
