Our stay at Bellevue Club was honestly the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below what was advertised. The room did not appear to have been cleaned at all before our arrival, and basic hygiene standards were clearly not a priority. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our holiday, we spent our time dealing with problems and trying to get help from staff who showed little interest in resolving anything. The room did not get cleaned, so we did leave the hotel after 24 hours with no help. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accountability. Complaints were brushed aside, communication was poor, and no real effort was made to fix the situation. For the price we paid, the standard was absolutely unacceptable. This hotel should not market itself as a quality resort when it cannot provide even basic cleanliness and customer service. We left extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Dirty, overcrowded, discusting food, rude staff, rats, smells horrible, garbage everywhere. They did not want to pay us back im any way when we leaved, and the vacation we had saved up for, for a long long time, was ruined by this horrible hotel. I just wanted to make nice memories for the kids, as i have stage III cancer. This was the worst experience, and costs us over 1300€ extra..

Had the best time here! Our first family holiday abroad for my sons 7th birthday was so scared having read the reviews but really didnt need to be. Food was always hot, fresh and tasted fab different variety evety day to suit all the kids. Pools and entertainment was brill had loads of options of stuff to do we even played tennis one night at 8pm was fab. Mosquitos in the outside entertainment area are quite bad so we didnt really go there much just to the kids funfair but there was so much to do we didnt need that anyway. Its not a luxury holiday but rooms were clean had everything you needed staff were lovely and we would definately go back.

Here just now may 2026 apartments are lovely and very clean kids pool is great got enough pools to choose from. But the biggest let down is the food! Breakfast has the best selection although even at that the fried eggs are brown if u want a nice yellow yolk ur sh*t out of luck and when u cut open a boiled egg the yolk is black inside, they also turn off the coke machines in the morning so the que for the fresh juice and coffee machine is crazy and im not in main season. The apple and orange jucie are certainly not fresh fruit juice its got a nasty bitter taste to both and with no other juice on my 3 kids would have nothing to drink with their bf. The snack bits are good just ur normal burgers hotdogs and chips we basically lived out of here. It says on the main site they have a italian restaurant its just the exact same buffet as the main buffet but with pizza which dissappears the minute its put down as no one here seems to enjoy the food. Dinner is the worst plain pasta x 3 chips, rice, plain bit of meat normally chicken which is pink inside and a bit of baked fish, and some chicken nuggets. My 3 kids are 11, 8 and 6 not fussy eaters at all and the older especially refused to eat in the main restaurants they would only use the snack bars which mean we had to eat out everyday for breakfast and dinner. The pools n staff were nice enough except 1 older Spanish lady at tge kids pool she served everyone but the minute a young girl or nice looking girl came to the bar she would put the spirt in the cup put it in front of u n say " lady get ur own juice" yet everyone else she served fully. We had a good holiday but I would never come back here the food is just that bad. With 3 young kids we go all inclusive every year n basic is good enough for us but this is way below basic and if it was main season with more people n more rush It would be a nightmare. It's a shame because the hotel i would come back to but food let's this place down big time I personally wouldn't tell anyone to come here amd if u do bring 1000 - 2000 extra to eat out we've spent 1500 just eating out n still have 2 days left.
