This hotel was impeccable. I made a last minute booking and was very apprehensive as I was a solo and traveller but from the moment I arrived at the hotel reception I realised that I had nothing to be concerned about. The entrance itself is bright, clean and relaxing. The ladies on the reception desk are warm, caring and friendly. The room was perfect and I had a lovely street/sea view with a large balcony. I’d said at the time of booking that I was concerned about the size of the room, and they had considerately given me a room on the third floor and it was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to have a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and tea coffee and water available. The room was modern and clean. The gym, steam room and sauna exceeded my expectations. There is a rooftop lounge area which at the time wasn’t used much and so it felt like it had another area of the hotel to myself where I was able to relax and enjoy the views. The whole atmosphere was calm and very relaxing. At breakfast there was plenty of choice and the dinner was a three course meal and the menu was varied. I explained that I had a food allergy and the waitress made sure to explain which menu items would be suitable for me. Throughout the time I was there, I felt safe and relaxed and I would recommend the hotel. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the main street where all the shops, bars and restaurants are located and about a 7 minute walk to the beach.

From the moment I arrived, this was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for complete relaxation, peaceful surroundings, and genuinely chilled vibes, this is absolutely the place to be. What really made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredible — warm, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. I could list names, but honestly it would end up being the entire team because every person I met couldn’t do enough for me throughout my stay. I travelled solo, and one of the biggest things for me was feeling safe and comfortable. From the hotel itself to the entire resort, I felt extremely safe, relaxed, and completely at ease the whole time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. 10/10 experience and I would not hesitate for a second to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress-free, relaxing getaway.

Its a nice modern and very clean hotel and the staff are lovely but a few things just didn't do it for me. First of all the rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in and the wash hand basin is in the bedroom area so that added to the awkwardness when getting ready etc. It was difficult to store 2 cases away and we stubbed out toes a few times! The location is indeed quiet but if you get a room overlooking the street it can be noisy in the mornings with bin and delivery lorries and of course the scooters. From what I could see however these rooms got the sun for the longest period with some of the pool view rooms loosing sun around mid-day I had requested a high floor in advance but got allocated floor 2 and the 2 rooms below us (4 male cyclists) could be quite loud when drinking on their balcony. Free water and coffee were provided each day and the breakfast was great

The hotel is lovely and very near the beach front. All the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay and I felt very well looked after. Bar area and pool area very pleasant. Excellent dinners, lighter meals available for lunch.

We had such a wonderful 3 nights stay on the 4th October. The hotel is spotless, the staff so friendly and helpful. It is in a brilliant location, 2 minutes walk to the main street with shops, restaurants,bars and the beach. The rooms are small but immaculate, well equipped, coffee machine with pods replenished daily, 2 small bottles of water everyday, fridge, free safe, pool towels, air con, excellent shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool when we stayed. We stayed half board, could not fault the food, it was really nice, never felt the need to eat out. Breakfast was faultless, the food was always hot. The bar area was very relaxing, prices were very good. As was the lunch time menu for food. Would definitely recommend. When we were there it was very much German dominated but that wasn't a problem to us. We will definitely be back sometime next year without a doubt.
