Cabot Club Torreblanca

The apartment was too small to accomadate 4 people. The kids were sofa beds in the lounge area which were small & uncomfortable. The main beds themselves were no better, it was like sleeping on slabs on concrete. The snack bar options were unlike any other hotel we've stayed at & had flies crawling over it most of the time. The restaurant food was lacking choice & seemed to be the same things day after day which would have ok if the food had been hot but everything was always cold. We had cochroaches on our balcony, they were trying to get through under the main apartment door & we had a millipede on the ceiling at one point. Overall, the holiday was not great & although we tried to speak direct with management, we got nowhere. Would not be looking to go again.

We were truly delighted with our stay at this hotel. From the very first day, we felt welcome and well taken care of. The food was delicious and very diverse. Every day there was something new, and the dinners were often themed – Chinese, Mexican, etc. Everyone could find something they liked. When we arrived late at night, we were pleasantly surprised with a bag of fruit, cookies and bottled water – such a thoughtful gesture. The biggest credit goes to the staff – always smiling, kind and helpful. From the waiters to the animators and all the hotel team, everyone creates a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The animations were fantastic, full of energy and fun. The only small downside was that they started a bit late. The hotel is clean, well maintained and very pleasant. The only minor issue is that the pool gets deep quite quickly, so parents with small children should keep an eye on them. Overall, our stay was amazing, and if we ever have the chance, we will definitely come back. Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto.❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was our second trip to Torre Blanca of the 2025 season because the experience we had was so great we had to go twice. We were made feel so at home and welcomed we had our second trip booked when we were on the runway in Palma heading home in June. The staff are amazing and friendly from the housekeeping to management. But the icing on the cake for us was the animacion team who at the start of our first trip were strangers became friends before our departure. Location is only a ten minute walk to Sa Coma beach with a courtesy shuttle bus every ten minutes. The food is amazing catering for everyone at every meal. Bar serves a variety of drinks to cater to everyone’s desires Rooms are always cleaned are perfect for a 3 star hotel. We have already put in motion our booking for next year

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. In a lovely area in sa coma which is very family friendly. JJs bar and restaurant down the road is very nice for food or drinks. Food at hotel ok, served a bit too much fish in my opinion and my two girls did struggle at times but overall was ok. Room was basic but everything we needed. My only complaint would be the cleaning as our cleaner didn't clean the balcony once in the week we were there and everytime the kids went out there they would bring bits back in on there feet from the balcony not being cleaned. Overall a good stay though for the price we paid

Most of the hotel facilities are in need of proper attention and upkeep. The staff were generally friendly, with special mention to the animation team who worked very hard and were great with guests. However, communication was a real challenge – it was surprising that very few staff members, including the manager, spoke adequate English. Our first night in the apartment was a nightmare. We found cockroaches not only outside but also inside the room, even crawling above us. When we complained, the response was that this was “natural” and caused by us leaving a door open, which was not the case and felt very dismissive. Thankfully, the following day we were moved to a much better room on the first floor, which made a big difference. On the positive side, the food was good with a nice variety, and the location was quite convenient. However, the price felt a bit salty for the level of service and standards provided. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but some of the hotel facilities and management approach need serious improvement.
