We did check-in at 9pm and it was very smooth and straightforward, check-out was the same. The rooms were so clean and had everything we needed, lots of space for my two year old. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first but once we got a feel it was easy to navigate. The staff were so so lovely and easy going, even if they didn’t understand what we were saying, they would go the extra mile to make us comfortable and happy. A few of us had forgotten to bring our EU adapters but the hotel kindly provided them when we asked. We were all inclusive and the food variety was decent, and there was a snack bar in the evenings with was kind of the same thing every night. The hotel was only a 15 min walk from Sa Coma beach and the shops were close as well. The entertainment was good there were different things to do everyday, however I do feel that the kids club excluded younger children a bit but it wasn’t a major issue as they made up for it by holding events in the theatre which all kids could get involved with. Overall this experience was very positive, and I would happily return again.

The hotel itself wasn't bad. It's more suitable for older people or families with young children rather than younger guests. There wasn't enough entertainment, and the bar didn't offer much choice when it came to all-inclusive drinks. The food was reasonably tasty, but the selection was very limited. If they didn't have anything you liked, you would have to go to a restaurant outside the hotel to avoid going hungry. For example, breakfast was exactly the same every day, with nothing new being offered. The ham, cheese, and boiled eggs often had a sour taste, so you were basically limited to eating fried eggs and bacon. I think they should make a much greater effort when it comes to the variety and quality of the food. The bar staff were sometimes very slow, almost as if they didn't want to serve you. Every time you order a cocktail, you have to return the plastic cup afterwards, and if you don't bring it back, they ask you to return it. They also complained about people smoking cigarettes or using vapes on the outdoor terrace, which didn't make much sense to us. The reason given was that there were children staying at the hotel. We borrowed ping-pong paddles and wanted to return them at 9:25 because we were in a hurry to go somewhere. However, the staff member told us he wouldn't take them back until 9:30, which made no sense since we had to leave. It was only a five-minute difference. In a way, we found that quite rude and unhelpful.

This was a last-minute holiday, and we had never visited Sa Coma before. We arrived late in the evening, but the pool was beautifully lit up and made a great first impression. We also had a lovely surprise waiting in our room – a note and some treats to celebrate our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of either the room or the hotel. This is a 3-star hotel, so we weren’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated, but the shower was powerful, we always had hot water, and the housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The food wasn’t always to our taste, but we weren’t in England, so we didn’t expect English food. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and we certainly never went hungry. The only downside for us was that water wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. Unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks were available, but bottled water had to be purchased from a vending machine for €3 per bottle. This could be difficult for families with children, as the only free alternatives were fizzy drinks or watered-down juice from a machine. The entertainment team were fantastic and worked incredibly hard. Most of the evening entertainment was focused on children, so there wasn’t much aimed at adults, but this may suit families perfectly. Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely return. We all dad the best time ever at this hotel. All the staff here work EXTREMELY hard and they all make this hotel what it is. No queuing at the bars, everything got replenished at the restaurant well. No need to get up early for loungers. Free shuttle to the beach was great. The entertainment team are outstanding, The activities round the pool in the daytime were great, I really enjoyed the aqua aerobics every morning, such good fun and great that the kids to go to kid's club at the same time, I enjoyed playing darts, water bingo, I loved the karaoke and movie quiz also. The lifeguard mohammed was excellent at watching the children in the swimming pool and it was good to see him so cheerfull and smiley. The drinks were great, the san Miguel was very strong. The room was fine apart from my bed squeeked evey time I moved. The food was of what I expected of a 3 star, sometimes a little bland, but to be expected. Kids slushies and ice-cream was good. Well done to to all the very hard working staff at this hotel

The woman on reception took an age to check us in faffing about getting bands out then putting them away, we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready even though the place was 1/2 empty. The sergeant major in the dining room snatched a drink from my son’s hand and was very rude. The all inclusive snacks consist of 2 loaves of crusty bimbo bread and some sweaty ham and cheese. The food was crap and I was ill for 24 hours. Worst all inclusive I’ve been to and complete fun sponge staff!
