Here’s a polished review that keeps your natural, honest style: We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. This was a last-minute holiday, and we had never visited Sa Coma before. We arrived late in the evening, but the pool was beautifully lit up and made a great first impression. We also had a lovely surprise waiting in our room – a note and some treats to celebrate our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of either the room or the hotel. This is a 3-star hotel, so we weren’t expecting luxury. The room was a little dated, but the shower was powerful, we always had hot water, and the housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. The food wasn’t always to our taste, but we weren’t in England, so we didn’t expect English food. There was plenty of choice at every meal, and we certainly never went hungry. The only downside for us was that water wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. Unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks were available, but bottled water had to be purchased from a vending machine for €3 per bottle. This could be difficult for families with children, as the only free alternatives were fizzy drinks or watered-down juice from a machine. The entertainment team were fantastic and worked incredibly hard. Most of the evening entertainment was focused on children, so there wasn’t much aimed at adults, but this may suit families perfectly. Overall, we had a great holiday and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our first anniversary special.

We all dad the best time ever at this hotel. All the staff here work EXTREMELY hard and they all make this hotel what it is. No queuing at the bars, everything got replenished at the restaurant well. No need to get up early for loungers. Free shuttle to the beach was great. The entertainment team are outstanding, The activities round the pool in the daytime were great, I really enjoyed the aqua aerobics every morning, such good fun and great that the kids to go to kid's club at the same time, I enjoyed playing darts, water bingo, I loved the karaoke and movie quiz also. The lifeguard mohammed was excellent at watching the children in the swimming pool and it was good to see him so cheerfull and smiley. The drinks were great, the san Miguel was very strong. The room was fine apart from my bed squeeked evey time I moved. The food was of what I expected of a 3 star, sometimes a little bland, but to be expected. Kids slushies and ice-cream was good. The woman on reception took an age to check us in faffing about getting bands out then putting them away, we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready even though the place was 1/2 empty. The sergeant major in the dining room snatched a drink from my son’s hand and was very rude. The all inclusive snacks consist of 2 loaves of crusty bimbo bread and some sweaty ham and cheese. The food was crap and I was ill for 24 hours. Worst all inclusive I’ve been to and complete fun sponge staff!

Really lovely place you wouldnt think it was a 3 star stayed in alot of 4* hotels and for what you get is so good for the money. Really cater for family's and couples the staff are kind and friendly. The staff really make the holiday they go above and beyond great entertainment and food would definitely come again. Keep up the great work 👍

Pros and cons but would come again, as only load £380pp for 5 nights. You get what you pay for, if you want 5 star and amazing food and rooms then you need to pay £1000+ pp. this is a lovely hotel for the money it’s clean. They do use plastic cups but I get that around pool area and didn’t bother me, glasses available in restaurant. Pros Hotel is nice, rooms are basic but good enough, bed comfy. Aircon or heating depending on weather Pool nice Breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snacks throughout day Close to shops, supermarket, beach 10 minute walk, s’illot and Cala Millor not far Cleaners bring new towels as often as you want them to All staff were friendly and happy Activities throughout day for kids and adults can get involved too Music around pool although sometimes a little loud but I quite liked it Free shuttle to beach throughout day Beach is gorgeous sandy and turquoise crystal blue water Cons Bugs galore get in the room, must be through gap in front door or bathroom window which didn’t shut, but might just be our room. Sun beds are too close together No drinks menus just have to ask Cocktails are from a machine Alcohol is not branded although doesn’t bother me Food was ok (ish) although we went out for dinner as couldn’t do 3 meals a day there a little bit repetitive I could make do, but fussy 19 year old struggled but there is a big supermarket (like Tescos) across the road luckily
