Canyamel Sun Suites

Hotel was very nice but as it was the end of the season, did not have anything to offer in the way of entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was my birthday while we were there and the hotel sent a bottle of champagne up to the room. Very unexpected surprise! Jana on the reception was extremely helpful. The village of canyamel is very quiet and not much to do.

Very friendly hotel, perfect service, with nice staff, car rental, parking even in front of the hotel if it is free, otherwise in the surrounding streets. Food delicious, plenty of everything. Beach is near, is clean, sea clean, plenty of space on the beach.Animation for children.I would go again.

Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Kid friendly place to stay, we were very impressed with the staff. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and she received a nice birthday gesture during breakfast. It was a nice surprise and totally unexpected. The place is clean, buffet breakfast and dinner is also good. We accidentally broke a glass bottle in the room and they sent someone to clean it asap. The beach is walking distance and there is a small supermarket close by. Would totally stay again and recommend!

My family and I spent an amazing week. The staff is very nice. Clean and tidy apartment and installations in general. It also has a very good location, 5min walking to a beautiful clear water beach and less than 20min driving to amazing and popular beaches. 100% recommended

I am writing this in English because the place caters especially to Germans and English-speaking people. It is not the kind of place I would usually go to, although the rooms are comfortable and clean and food is not bad. What stands out is the STAFF, which was EXQUISITE. There had been a misunderstanding with the booking and we were tired when we arrived and the staff went all the way out to find a satisfactory solution. In general, also, everyone was extremely kind. Thanks.
