Amazing hotel with a great atmosphere! The pools are fantastic, the food is delicious, and everything is clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It has 3 swimming pools, a gym, and tennis courts. Plenty of attractions for children. Very close to the sea.

Delightful and helpful staff. Air-conditioned rooms, cleaned daily. A beautiful area with unforgettable views. I especially recommend it for families with children, thanks to the pools and well-organized entertainment activities.

I booked this holiday a year and 3 months ago ish, it stated 2 buffet restaurants at the time, yet only one is used now. The cocktails were made on site at time of booking and now all pre made cocktails which are poor quality. It also stated a pizzeria for lunch but this is now a once a week per stay pre booking arrangement! Again not what we booked and paid for! Food is closer to 3 star than 4 star, cold or Luke warm at best. Not acceptable for a 4 star! Also why have 2 restaurants and only use 1 in the height of summer! This results in long queues for food,drinks and loads of dirty tables and no where to sit! Also why close half of the buffett tables at lunch!!!! They all need to be available. Use the adjacent dining room so people aren't wandering around looking for a table. We paid a lot of money to be disappointed and not be informed of the name change and changes to the hotel and not for the better, from what I've read and heard. I never normally leave reviews and ket things slide but this was an expensive holiday and a great disappointed. Tui should of informed me of Name change, I will be taking that up with them

We had a great family holiday here. We were a large group , we arrived at midnight checking in was quick and they even had a small buffet for us. The hotel is old but is spotlessly clean with comfortable rooms. The buffet restaurant had a great selection and was continuously replenished . In our group we had a coeliac an d gluten/ lactose free . Milena the waitress was great at looking after us. The 3 pools and the activities organised by the friendly entertainment kept all the children ( and adults !) very happy . The beach was a short stroll away too. We had a perfect family holiday and would definitely recommend.
