Traditional family package tour hotel. Beautifully maintained grounds and gardens, clean swimming pools (albeit a little chilly in the third week of May), fantastic clay tennis courts and delightful children’s splash pool and play areas. The food was plentiful and appealing but had no allergen or vegetarian information displayed. Vegetarian and vegan options were extremely limited. The coffee was awful. There are no kettles in the rooms so you have to ask for one and pay a deposit. The entertainment was varied and the “animations” crew worked so hard all day and evening. The rooms were clean and housekeeping were helpful. A beautiful beach is across the road and an excellent bus service stops outside the hotel with cheap and frequent access to Capdepera and Cala Rajada. All in all a wonderful resort for a great holiday.

We spent a wonderful family holiday at this hotel and I can truly recommend it, especially to families with small children. I was here with my one‑year‑old daughter, who has just started learning to walk, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is exceptionally child‑friendly — from the pools with slides to the wooden playground, everything is designed with little ones in mind. We spent a lot of time at the pool area, which was perfect for toddlers, and the presence of a lifeguard made us feel even more at ease. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a large bed and a big balcony. Housekeeping visits every day, always with a smile, changing towels and keeping everything spotless. A baby cot was provided without any problem, which was a huge convenience. The food was fresh, varied and delicious, and what really impressed me was the number of high chairs available — even though there were many children in the hotel, we never had to wait for one. Everything is well organised and family‑oriented. Overall, this is a place where families can truly relax. Safe, clean, friendly and perfectly prepared for even the youngest guests. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but we had a few issues: The only heated pool was divided into lanes and this was sometimes taken over later in the afternoon by a triathlete team training. The pool was divided into lanes at all times which made it less useful for families. The hotel should heat the other pool, which was much too cold for babies and toddlers, as lane swimmers need heating less! There was a drain smell intermittently in one of our rooms and there was a cockroach in the bathroom on our last morning. The reception-was very busy most of the time -and it seemed that they need more staff at busy periods. I did feel ignored by one member of staff at reception and had to remind her that I was waiting before a French person she tried to serve first. I think this may be due to lack of English speaking skills so the hotel should to provide language training for staff as required. At check in we were not told that dinner was soon finishing. This meant we were only offered a very poor plated salad - cold meat cheese and half an egg with a bread roll. No vegetarian option. Check in was very slow despite it not being busy at the time. There was no air conditioning in our rooms as this is controlled by management. The room was much too hot for our baby to sleep safely as advised by the Lullaby Trust. High chairs were often not cleaned. The pool towels and safe key were cash only deposits so that depletes the cash available during the holiday - take enough with you. Positives: Good food and variety. There is a nice outdoor dining terrace at the restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms. Responsive to minor issues with the room. There is a car park at the rear but this needs to be found before check in as there is nowhere to park at the front of the hotel. Block D is very handy for facilities and has a lift. Our request for this was honoured. Good showers.

So many wonderful things to say about this hotel. We booked very last minute and was not expecting a great deal but we have been pleasantly surprised. Rooms are a little old fashioned but they are clean, quiet and super comfortable. The restaurant is noisy and chaotic but the food standard and choices definitely make up for this! How the restaurant staff cope I do not know but they are all fantastic! We loved the Tex Mex cafe by the pool - made lunch times simple and again the food was wonderful. Also loved the fact that you exchanged a card for a drink - it ensures there isn’t a mountain of cups everywhere and the pool area remains fly and wasp free. The pools were fabulous for young and old. The entertainment team work super hard but they are not pestering people, I think they have have found the right balance for holiday makers. There is nothing I can fault about this hotel - yes it’s noisy in the restaurant but it is a family hotel and everyone is relaxed and enjoying their holiday - just as they should. We would definitely return.
