Location is a thing to consider, as you need to catch buses or taxi in to the local town for meals or drinks out… hotel food good, bedrooms good, worst thing at the hotel is the bar staff in the evening who seem to prefer to serve several men before women even if you were there first, could be try smiling g and being slot more friendly

The hotel looks beautiful in the photos, but its glory days are long gone. The doors are so old and thin that you can hear every footstep and whisper from guests in the corridor. The noise of people returning from parties at night was unbearable. Housekeeping could have been done daily, but the ladies didn't refill the soap when it ran out... and they never swept up the dirt under the bed. No one warned me that a gigantic tennis tournament was taking place at the hotel at the end of my vacation. The last few days were a nightmare—there were announcements over loudspeakers every half hour, from morning until night. I was saddened by how few Spanish dishes there were at dinner... and pizza and pasta appeared every day. The themed dinners were a joke. For example, at Italian night, there were simply a few extra pizzas and pastas. The entertainment for adults was a disaster. It was either lip-syncing or terribly off-key. Only the grandparents at the all-inclusive could stand it.

Located a short distance from the beach, we really enjoyed this hotel. We went there on an all inclusive Active Away tennis holiday, which was one of our best ever. Our room, 97, was located a short distance from one of the swimming pools, restaurants and tennis courts, they have about a dozen good quality clay courts. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, food quality and selection was superb. We will be going back again in the not too distant future.

This was our second stay at Club Font De Sa Cala, and we loved it. In fact, things have got even better since our last visit two years ago. Our Junior Suite was spacious and always clean, thanks to the fantastic and hardworking cleaning staff. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and all three pools were spotless. We spent a lot of time at the kids' pool, which our children thoroughly enjoyed, and we never had trouble finding sunbeds (at any of the pools). The kids' club offers regular activities, including t-shirt painting and pony rides, and the staff are friendly and engaging. A special thanks to Natalia, who went above and beyond to make our kids feel comfortable and included. The mini-disco was a big hit, with talented staff keeping all the children entertained, and the evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable. The food was as good as our first visit—varied and tasty. We regularly lunched at the pizzeria - they serve amazing pizza and provide excellent service. Maria took wonderful care of us and nothing was too much trouble. The olive and chilli dip they serve on request is incredible. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach is just a stone's throw away, and we spent hours building sandcastles and relaxing. The water was a comfortable temperature in August, and we saw plenty of fish while snorkeling, so be sure to bring your gear. While sunbeds on the beach are expensive, you are not obligated to use them. There is also a beach bar that serves great cocktails and food, but it is not run by the hotel. One evening, we took a walk up the hill past the Alua Carolina hotel and along the fancy houses, which offered great views over the rocky cliffs. We highly recommend it. Such a great holiday couldn’t fault the hotel, the rooms were clean, food was brilliant and the entertainment for the children was great.
