Beautiful and peaceful location , only a 10 min taxi ride into Calla Ratjada which has an array of shops , bars restaurants and a lovely harbour . The atmosphere in the hotel was great , helped by the amazing animation team . Aqua aerobics and the club dances in the pool were great fun . On our first night the evening entertainment was a Michael Jackson tribute which got everyone singing and dancing - fantastic fun . Families with young children are onto a winner if they chose to stay in this hotel , theres so much on offer to entertain the kids !! Rooms were clean , comfortable with a spacious balcony and great air con , which is a real plus . The only criticism I have is that although there was a good variety of food on offer it was never hot , which wasn't great . Overall a great stay and would recommend!!!
What an incredible experience!! Thanks to Toni for making our holiday unforgetable.
Nice location child friendly but transfer time 2 hours. Food options good. I paid for junior suite not sure worth the extra £££. Don't waste your money buying large inflatable they are not allowed in.pool.
My favourite place ever Vanessa is amazing Everyone’s so lovely
We recently stayed at this hotel and, while there were some great aspects, unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations overall. The biggest disappointment was the food. On paper, the variety sounds excellent, but the quality and preparation really let it down. Meat and pasta were often undercooked, while vegetables such as the sweetcorn were so overcooked they were hard to eat. Food was frequently cold by the time we got it, and I ended up using the microwave at almost every meal. They did replace the microwave after we mentioned the plates didn’t fit, so credit where it’s due as they rectified that issue. The dining experience itself felt chaotic. It was like the Hunger Games every mealtime, with everyone queuing for the freshly cooked meats. The queues became so long that the chefs seemed to rush the cooking, resulting in meat that was often undercooked. One thing I found very strange was that there was no kettle in the room. Even at an all-inclusive hotel, I think a kettle should be standard. I was travelling with my 9-month-old baby and asked reception if I could have one. I was told there were none available, to check again the following morning, and that it would cost €20 to rent one. I found this quite unreasonable, especially for families with formula-fed babies who need to make bottles during the night. I was told I could get hot water from the bar, but of course the bar isn’t open all night. Thankfully my baby is breastfed, although I still wanted a kettle to make porridge when he wasn’t eating much. I did eventually get one after asking again. Our room was on the first floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry the pram up and down the stairs every day. The ceiling fan couldn’t be switched off and was quite noisy throughout the night. The room also only came with one 1-litre bottle of water in a very small fridge tucked away inside a cupboard. You were expected to refill this yourself rather than being provided with fresh bottled water. On the positive side, the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The pools were great, and there were plenty of activities available including a gym, tennis courts and basketball courts. The beach is small but lovely, and there are three shops within easy walking distance. The hotel also provided a travel cot for our baby, which was much appreciated. The entertainment was enjoyable, although we felt the timings could be better for families. The children’s entertainment didn’t start until 8:30 pm, and the adult entertainment wasn’t until after 9:30 pm, which felt quite late when travelling with young children. Overall, there are definitely positives, particularly the cleanliness, facilities and friendly staff, but the poor food and some of the room and family-related issues meant the hotel fell well short of what we expected from a 4-star hotel. In our opinion, it felt much more like a 3-star experience. With improvements to the food quality, dining experience and better consideration for families with young children, it could be a much better place to stay.
