Brilliant hotel. The pools were lovely and rooms great. Best bit for families were the entertainment staff - I’d go back if they were there. So good for children!

We stayed for a week commencing a few days before half term. When we arrived it was quite quiet but it felt very busy once half term started. Check in seemed a lengthy process. Rooms clean, with generous balconies. The self catering element was basic - limited pans etc but we only used the facilities for breakfast so it wasn’t a big deal. One day the cleaner did knock at 9am which I felt was a little early but she did agree to come back an hour later. I loved the fact that when we arrived everyone stuck to the rule that you couldn’t reserve sun beds before 10am but sadly when the half term crowds arrived this rule was disregarded and people were putting towels out, and in some cases not using the beds at all in the day which was frustrating. That said there is no shortage of beds overall. The pool was freezing to start but improved as the week went on. It didn’t feel big enough when half term started though. If you want to have drinks by the pool you need to pay a €1 deposit for cups which was a pain on the first day and we hadn’t taken cash to the pool. We hadn’t realised there was an entertainment team, it’s not normally our thing but you couldn’t fault the energy they brought to the pool side, with lots of inclusive activities throughout the day that we all got involved with at some point. We tried the all inclusive restaurant for one night. There was a good variety of food but could have done with being replenished a bit more frequency - the paella and cheese board in particular. On the last days the snack bar seemed to become a free for all. We hadn’t used it as assumed it was for the all inclusive but it’s not manned a lot of the time and loads of people were just helping themselves. The hotel is a short walk from shops and restaurants which worked well for us. I would definitely come back but potentially avoid the school holidays if possible.

Enjoyed the stay. Food in restaurant was very good, snack bar in all inclusive a bit basic, but didn’t really need it. Think an outside bar would be good when you are wet from pool. Nice walk into Sa Coma and Caka Millor

I wonderful hotel that really helped us enjoy Majorca. Of note, was the welcome from the friendly staff. Shout out to Jefferson who really made us smile as he organised the dining room! Really clean hotel, great range of food and the facilities are top notch. If you have kids - the in-house entertainers are a hoot!
