The sofa area and main concierge was very nice and comfortable. The hotel in general Was well looked after. Very disappointed with the room size very cramped for three friends. Bathroom door was very heavy and didn’t allow for any privacy. The air-conditioning unit was not pumping out sufficient cold air.

The hotel is conveniently located with close approximity to the airport and Palma city (30min by buss). The noise coming for airport didn't bother us at all, which was one of our concerns pre-trip. It's very difficult to pinpoint anything that would have bothered us during our stay. The staff were great, the food was good with plenty to choose from, the room was clean, the beds were great. We truly enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend.

This hotel was absolutely lovely,we could not fault anythingfrom the wonderful staff, in all areas,to the facilities and cleanliness .we particularly loved the amazing sky bar.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Very good breakfast, everyone will find something to eat. Awsome roof pool to relax. Location in front of the beach is also huge advantage. Overall I recommend this hotel and for sure i will return back.
