We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Iberostar Selection Es Trenc, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and in a stunning location overlooking the sea. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the food was excellent with plenty of choice, and the rooftop bar is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the incredible views. What truly made our holiday special, however, was the exceptional staff. A very special thank you to Fran and Tom, who looked after guests around the pool. Their level of customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, professional and always seemed to know exactly what guests needed before they even had to ask. Fran, in particular, deserves special recognition. During our stay, we witnessed him dealing with some very difficult and demanding guests. He remained calm, courteous and incredibly professional at all times, resolving situations with confidence, empathy and genuine care. His leadership qualities were obvious to see, and in our opinion, he would make an excellent manager. Iberostar is very fortunate to have someone of his calibre representing the company. Tom was equally welcoming and hardworking, always smiling and ensuring everyone around the pool was looked after. Together they created such a warm, friendly atmosphere that made every day by the pool a pleasure. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming and helpful, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend Iberostar Selection Es Trenc to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday with exceptional service. We will certainly be returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable, and especially to Fran and Tom for going above and beyond. They are a credit to Iberostar.

This is the 2nd year I have been to this hotel with my young daughter. It’s outstanding all round, from Youhalles in the restaurant to Patrick in the bar. The guest services team is amazing. We will be back soon!

My 15 year old daughter and I have just returned from the most fabulous stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we realised we had found an absolute gem . The staff are the heart of this hotel - they cannot do enough to help - their genuine care and service is something I have not experienced in any other 5 star hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel where the attention to detail and service is of this standard. The roof top bar is a unique , luxury experience - big thank you to the amazing magician, sensational vocalist and resident DJ. The memories you provided will last us a lifetime. The food was first class - serving a variety of dishes balancing fantastic flavours and textures. The desserts were exceptional! Big thank you to the pool staff - so friendly and helpful and the pool man for endlessly changing umbrellas when we had a breezy afternoon! It is rare to find a hotel of this standard providing such a luxurious experience. Huge thank you to Jalena for ensuring everything was always perfect - you made us feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Hotel is perfectly located in one of the best areas of Mallorca (though I definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island). From the moment you step in, you feel welcomed and instantly relaxed. The check-in process is seamless—guests are invited to the lobby bar, offered a welcome cocktail, and comfortably assisted throughout. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite on a higher floor. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the view was absolutely outstanding. The rooms are modern with a beautiful Mediterranean touch, and waking up to that view from the bed is truly special. The restaurant is excellent and very well organized, but the real highlight for us were the pools—two on the ground floor and one rooftop pool on the 11th floor. Service throughout the hotel is spotless. A special mention to Jelena from the Front Desk for her exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond, sharing helpful tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. Also, a big thank you to the Bulgarian gentleman and Slovakian lady by the pool for their outstanding service (apologies for not remembering your names). If you choose this hotel for your Mallorca experience, you won’t be disappointed. It’s just a 5-minute walk to town and about 15 minutes to one of the best beaches on the island. As soon as we entered the hotel , myself and my mother were greeted by a member of staff that kindly took our suitcases paired with a fabulous welcome drink and some cooled towels to wipe our hands. The lovely lady in reception called Jelena was genuinely so kind and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. This hotel really zooms in and pays attention to the intricate details to enhance the guests stay to the full extent. This made our holiday even more special and memorable due to the fact that the staff went above and beyond any of my expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious and were finished to a very high standard with breathtaking sea views. The pool area had a lovely atmosphere with one afternoon a silent DJ was held where everyone got given headphones to listen to the live entertainment. This was a unique and thoughtful touch that’s was very entertaining and lots of fun! The members of staff working around the pool were also extremely kind , attentive and friendly making sure everyone had everything they needed. The food at this hotel superseded my expectations significantly with there being such an array of food. The chefs paid incredible detail in every starter , main course, and dessert making each meal feel like a taste of paradise. Overall this hotel was truly a five star experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for that special getaway . From the beautiful location it is in, and stunning ambience at the rooftop bar with the most spectacular views paired with outstanding entertainment and an amazing magician, every part of our stay was so memorable. It was a five star finish and we would love to return again !
