WONDERFUL the hotel was clean and bright, the staff go above and beyond to help,breakfast had everything, my bed was soft and comfortable. When I go away next year I am staying here. The beach and buses to next towns were 5 minutes away. Grathias

The hotel itself is great, and can’t complain about the check in process or the cleanliness as this was top notch. However, did not know they did not allow smoking on the balconies, if I had I wouldn’t not have booked this hotel. I stayed at a nearby hotel last year and this wasn’t an issue and wished I had booked the same hotel again, however wanted to try somewhere different. The positives, are very clean hotel. Room was nice with a beautiful view despite being at the back of the building. Breakfast was really very nice, however did not have lunch/dinner so can’t comment on that. The hotel packed a breakfast for the morning of departure because it was early but found that as an added extra which was above and beyond. The negatives. I was feeling dehydrated the first morning, and didn’t realise the bar/pool area didn’t open until 11am. I tired to walk into grab a drink in the buffet as the bar wasn’t open. I was told quite abruptly that I needed to wear shoes. That’s fine I get it, but when I returned I was asked for my room number and told I had already eaten. I explained I just wanted a soft drink and the bar wasn’t open. The waitress’s attitude changed and she was then very helpful, but I think she had judged before really getting an explanation. The reception desk also seemed uninterested. The hotel I stayed at before the reception staff always acknowledged guest when entering or leaving, not at this hotel. Then, I didn’t know you were not allowed to smoke on the balcony. There was no signage I smoked and upset another guest. He then began bullying behaviour and took a photo of me on my private balcony. I interrupted this as disturbing behaviour and made a complaint. I reported this as disturbing, being a single female and an older man taking pictures of me and it wasn’t dealt with immediately. When I returned to the hotel, it was dealt with in a satisfactory manner and the manager was very pleasant and said it was an inappropriate way to act but that smoking was not allowed on their hotel balconies. I would not stay at this hotel again as a solo traveller due to this. I wanted to come to the hotel to have early nights, maybe drink some wine and have an early night and smoke on the balcony in the comfort of my home away from home. It didn’t feel like that because of policies and procedures. This wasn’t the holiday I was expecting, but for some it will be a great hotel, just not for me.

This is an honest review. I am a travel agent, work for Hays Travel so I know how much clientele rely/look at trip advisor. We arrived late evening. Check in was smooth. Very friendly staff. Hotel very clean. Welcoming. Hotel room was great, spacious, clean. We had a room with pool view. Great views. However did not get a huge amount of sun. Throughout whole stay. The staff were friendly, helpful. Breakfast was fab. From continental to cooked food. Omelette cooked fresh. Juice/teas/coffee available. I can not comment on pool as we did not use. However looked clean. Manned by a lifeguard daily. We were approx 5 minutes walk down road to main Playa de Palma promenade. Where it is lined with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend El Patio and Ginger. Overall will 100% be recommending Vibra Playa Cactus to my clientele and you should a stay 😍🥰

A 50 plus traveler with his partner from England On a short break after a long year to grab a little sun :) the hotel was mostly German and Dutch when we arrived in October we had no language issues in the hotel the Location was perfect just of the main promenade on a side street it’s very close to the airport and took us 8mins in a taxi and cost €18 we took the long promenade beach walk from arenal to Palma The room was top floor but I had a slightly squeaky bed base .each time I moved during the night But I also made No complaints to the hotel about this but am sure they would of sorted it the hotel is perfect and clean and basic we stayed on a bed and breakfast stay only for 5 nights and we had no complaints we did not stay for dinner so have no comments to make on this the Hotel is spotless staff all very friendly a special thank you to Christina on reception for some directions given to us for a bus . And to hotel manager for my wine glass . We will be booking again and hoping for the same room if we can on the top floor facing pool and we will be returning thank you to everyone at the hotel cactus .

I recently visited Hotel Vibra Palma Cactus in Majorca, Spain, for a solo birthday trip and had a great first impression! I felt safe, and the vibrant atmosphere helped me blend in and make for a memorable trip! Special thanks to Cristina and Nicolai working at the reception!
