Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa

We had such a lovely stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa. Poojani and Raveesha at reception were super friendly and made everything easy for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and Nimesh and Upul were really helpful and kind throughout our stay. Also all the staff were very friendly and pleasant. We really enjoyed the food, the calm atmosphere, and how clean everything was. The pool area was great, and the beach view was just beautiful. Overall, such a relaxing experience, we’d definitely come back!

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing and above all, it was because of the wonderful team. From the very first moment, we felt not only welcome, but truly valued. Whether at reception, in the restaurant, by the pool, at the beach, or in the leisure areas, everywhere we met friendly, attentive, and professional staff. This level of service is really something special. The service is excellent throughout, always there when needed, but never too much. The buffet is very good, with a wide choice and high quality food. The rooms were always perfectly clean and very well maintained. What makes this hotel truly special are the people. The smiles, kindness, and dedication of the staff made our stay unforgettable. We met many team members we would love to mention by name, but we prefer not to, as we might forget someone. So our thanks go to the whole team. We travel a lot, but we have rarely experienced such a great team. Thank you for this special stay, we will definitely come back! Heike&Michael

We loved the beachfront location and our room was so spacious with beautiful frontal sea view.Seating and sun chairs by the sea were readily available and the attendants were terrific. Bed was extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi bath a treat.Our anniversary was acknowledged with a chocolate cake delivered by surprise to our room. The staff were courteous and willing .We were very well looked after by every staff member we encountered.Live music on some evenings was also lovely. There were little things but nothing that took in any way from the enjoyment of our time at Pandanus.

The rooms were well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance made our stay very relaxing. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and courteous service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
