Facilities and the services are first-rate. This is our second visit to RIU Ahungalla, and my entire family felt that, in comparison to the previous time, either the quality has been maintained or improved in all areas. Food preparation and meals are greatly done every day. The staff were super helpful and kind. Overall, the experience was excellent, and we want to return.

I was staying with my family at RIU for Aurudu day for 3 nights and services and facilities were amazing 24 hours beverages and staff was supportive and I have already selected this as my definete destination for getaway...

Everything was excellent ! It’s just when checking in there was a huge queue maybe because it was soon after “ avurudu “ days…. Staff, cleanliness, activities and quality of food and beverages, everything was excellent !

We were there at the hotel and it is great value for money. The surroundings are amazing 🌴 and the all inclusive concept is a super idea in Sri Lanka. You can try everything. The entertainment and spa treatments are really good and recommended 👍 But there are some issues with the service especially at the car parking, reception area and kids play room. Also the room amenities were not fully filled. The view and spacious rooms are very nice and overall the stay is comfortable. Food has many varieties to try and the cocktails and mocktails are also good 🍹 Only concern is the service.
