Century Park Hotel

Fantastic hotel for exploring Bangkok. Relied on Bolt to get everywhere but hotel facilities were fantastic, staff couldn't be more helpful and breakfast fresh and varied

We had the best service from all the members of staff they're very polite and very helpful I would really recommend everyone to come and enjoy the stay at century park hotel

Very clean. Excellent service. Chai was a great host and guide. My first time in Thailand. I was very happy overall. Highly recommend. Will visit again.

We stayed here as part of a group tour. If we were choosing a hotel it would be along the river, not in the location of Century Park. The recdption area is quite large, there is a nice coffee bar followed by the main dining room where you have breakfast and dinner. Not sure if they serve lunch. On the 2nd floor is an Italian restaurant. We ate one night in the main dining room and the second night in the Italian. In the main dining room the food arrived luke warm and had to be returned. In the coffee shop the coffee was either so hot you couldn't drink it for a while, or luke warm. The room we had was okay, the curtains had excellent black out layers. The lamp shades were stained and past their best. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows ok. The towels were greying and the toiletries not good. The bathroom was tired and need an update. The pool area was okay on the 5th floor. Some of the staff were great, others quite officous. Would I stay here again - not by choice.

Great hotel. We arrived very tired after long journey luckily for us room was ready. Room was spacious and very well equipped, tea, coffee, water. Walk in shower with separate bath. Breakfast was continental lots choice. We had a Buffett meal in the evening at the restaurant which had great choice and you could go up as many times as you wanted. They did have a alacarte menu as well you could choose from as well We hired a taxi and driver for the day which was arranged outside hotel. Worked really well. Roads are really busy but never ever felt unsafe. We had a stroll around 10 pm to stretch legs and loads going on in area.Staff were just so very welcoming we felt at home straight away. Highly recommend a stay. Has a swimming pool which looked lovely but sadly we didn’t have enough time to use.
