Dusit Thani Pattaya

Dusit Thani is ideally located at the far end of Beach Road, just a short walk from Terminal 21, vibrant night markets, bars, and restaurants. The surrounding area has recently undergone significant restoration, bringing a mix of stylish new venues alongside the long-established favorites nearby. Set within expansive grounds close to the beach, the hotel offers beautiful views across the bay toward Koh Larn. The sunsets here are truly spectacular. The moment you step into the hotel, the foyer makes a lasting impression — tastefully decorated, bright, airy, and welcoming. During our 37-night stay, every member of staff we encountered was consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel features three large swimming pools and two smaller ones for children, with plenty of sunbeds available. The pool staff work tirelessly and are always ready to assist with moving loungers and umbrellas — nothing is ever too much trouble. The pool bar team is equally welcoming, with a special mention to Bed, who starts each morning with a friendly chat to ensure everything is perfect. The team provides excellent service, delivering water each morning and serving fantastic cocktails throughout the day. Housekeeping standards are generally very good, and the laundry service is particularly impressive — fast, efficient, and reliable. The club lounge staff — Sky, Beauty, Honey, Patty, Ning, Enjoy, Focus, Archalee, Bill, and Ball — are outstanding and a true credit to the hotel. They are one of the many reasons we continue to return. Special thanks also to Wanna, Apple, Lynn, and Thomas, who are always available with helpful advice and support. The only downside is that the club lounge in the evenings is no longer as relaxing as it has been during previous stays. It often feels overcrowded, with too many guests having loud FaceTime conversations, and at times the atmosphere resembles a busy canteen. The space simply does not seem large enough to comfortably accommodate the increasing number of guests now eligible for access.

We loved their hotel facilities with undisruptive ocean views, its location is just 5 minutes walk to Terminal 21 shopping centre and away from the busy Pattaya Central. The hotel staff greet us with genuine smiles and provided high quality services consistently.

Dusit Thani Pattaya is my preferred choice in the city. Aside from the atmosphere and good food, the service here is excellent. This time I could book for only 1 night as the hotel was previously full, but the team did help me extend my stay to 2 nights and the room is also generously upgraded. Big thanks to the RSVN and FO team for making this stay a memorable one.

We have just returned from a enjoyable 16 day holiday at the Dusit Thani Pattaya, all requests made were carried out, very quickly, and always with a smile. The room had a lovely sea view, and was kept very clean, and refilled with what had been used . All the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile . No problems with the room or hotel . The Club Lounge check in was excellent, and you can get food and drinks there all day, I would like to commend Preeyanoch Club receptionist, who was so helpful, lovely smile, and so gentle, a credit to the hotel . We have stayed at this hotel many times, so it must be good, I would recommend .It is right on the beach .

Stayed here for 2 weeks last month .booked a club room that included executive floor access great for a more relaxed breakfast and 2 hours of complementary alcoholic drinks and food a day - great before going out for the evening. Nice pools and restaurants with a relaxing lounge bar open until 1.00am Room and balcony nice with a sea view. Would highly recommend.
