It's nice hotel. Awesome rooms, services

Worst arrival experience till date. I had requested for smoking room and early check-in, both requests acknowledge by hotel before few days of arrival. However, first was I was told that room category I have selected doesn't have smoking rooms and I cannot even smoke outside in Balcony. Check-in staff had no idea of when the room will be allotted, after waiting for 30 mins, I had to pressure them to which they gave me a Suite room with sea view, apparently on entering the room there was no view at all, so I again changed my room to originally booked category. In all this almost 3+ hours were wasted, just imaging after a long flight you have to face this. Also, when I was in balcony, I noticed nearby guest in other rooms were smoking in balcony, however check-in staff told me that it was not allowed. Rooms are spacious with good sea view(you have to pay extra for this category). Also, another thing to note is, I was being told that hotel was sold out the previous night and all rooms are occupied at the moment(reason for the delay), however there were guests coming in and making fresh bookings to check-in on the spot and paying for the same. So, what to trust and believe. Next comes breakfast, they have very limited options for Vegetarian people and in terms of Indian food variety, just one or two option in breakfast. Nothing else at all. Except the location, I would give the hotel and its team 1 star rating.

I stayed at this hotel for a short business meeting. The room and facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, in line with expectations for a five-star property. Due to dietary restrictions and the brief nature of my stay, I brought a small meal with me and kindly asked if it could be reheated using a microwave. I was informed that there would be a charge of 300 THB for this service. While I understand that hotels may have policies regarding outside food, I was a bit surprised by the fee, especially as it was not clearly communicated in advance. It would be helpful if such charges were more transparent, or if there could be some flexibility for in-house guests in similar situations. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I hope this feedback may be helpful for further enhancing the guest experience.

Perfect location, Very friendly team from Lyn, Apple, Sky, Beauty, Patti, focus and all Housekeeping. Rooms are starting to look a little tired but extremely clean and everything functioned as it should. This hotel is great value and everything attended to to make your stay very enjoyable. If I have one gripe it's the amount of weddings and corporate activity and closures of parts due to this. The noise can be high during these times so Worth checking the dates before booking.

We have been to Dusit Thani hotel in Pattaya for 5 years in a row and always booked Club room, where you have many benefits. Now we have been here for 5 weeks and experienced the same fantastic service, as in all the other times. Everyone gives an excellent service from Managing Director Thomas, Executive Assistant Manager Lyn, Director of Rooms Appel, Vanna, Sky and all the other staff. They give us a fantastic service and always make sure we are well, Thank you very much to everyone for the good service and that you take such good care of us.
