Dusit Thani Pattaya

The Dusit Resort Pattaya is located in the north of Pattaya and is near the Terminal 21 Shopping Centre. It has a friendly welcoming atmosphere and excellent well preserved facilities eg stunning waterfall and tropical garden inside the reception area and spacious clean rooms with full WiFi. All staff are pleasant and attentive but I give special mention to the room cleaning staff who work very hard but always with a cheerful smile and good morning/ afternoon greeting for guests. This hotel offers a very high order of cuisine, service and value for money. I will stay there again

Dusit Thani Pattaya, located at the northern most end of Pattaya Beach where guests could enjoy having the whole panoramic views of Pattaya Beach plus the iconic view of the gigantic Pattaya Sign upon the hill in Pattaya South, was a truly luxurious 5-star beach resort with authentic Thai hospitality. This stay was our 5th pleasant one after the Covid-19 pandemic ended. Often, our room was kindly upgraded to the room at the Dusit Club which guests could enjoy a lot of Dusit Club privileges including exclusive buffet breakfast, all-day set snacks and refreshments, daily happy-hour beverages and set appetizers, complimentary laundry and pressing of up to 3 pieces daily. Fortunately, our room was thankfully upgraded to Royal Princess Suite during our last 2 stays. The staff at this resort were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Khun Pim at Dusit Club Lounge on the 9th floor.

Disappointing experience for families with toddlers We expected a family-friendly luxury hotel, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The room felt old, with a carpet that had a musty smell and signs of dampness, which was not ideal when travelling with a toddler. At breakfast, when we requested milk for our child, we were told it had finished and no more was available. It was disappointing that such a basic item could not be arranged for a young child. We were also surprised to be charged 50 THB for half a slice of lemon requested for our toddler. While the amount is small, it reflected an overall approach where many small requests seemed to come with an extra charge rather than a willingness to help. The hotel has a nice location and beautiful grounds, but the outdated rooms, lack of flexibility for families with young children, and overall experience left us disappointed. I would not recommend it for families travelling with toddlers.

Had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Pattaya. Before checking in, I read some reviews saying the property was a bit dated, but honestly, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a great classic charm—definitely not old or rundown at all. The service here is top-notch. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but a special shoutout must go to "Ploywarin (Benz)" at the Club Lounge. She took amazing care of us throughout our 2-day stay. Her attentive service and warm hospitality truly stood out, along with the rest of the wonderful staff. Lastly, the food was absolutely fantastic—everything we tried was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was especially impressed by the excellent service from a staff member named Benz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has three beautiful swimming pools, all well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The lounge was another highlight—the view was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
