Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok

Montein hotel is a wonderful place to stay great rooms fantastic views and sunny all day on the side looking over the famous temple - Especially am so amazed at the breakfast buffet especially the super efficient always friendly Puii who makes the best coffee ever and I’m an Australian coffee snob.

Lovely Welcome Was here on a solo trip and the hotel was booked on my behalf. Good check in but with a strict 2pm access policy. A bit weird for a five star. Hotel clean and well maintained. Room very nice, clean and well appointed. No iron in room though. No pen either to write with. Oh well, minor points. Pool is great. Breakfast super good. Great omelette! Got two more nights here. Love it. Recommend. Keep up the the great work. ❤️

We have stayed at so many 5* hotels around the world. We stayed at the Bangkok Montien for work, and honestly, I was nervous thinking about how we didn’t book a big, reliable chain. I was wrong! This hotel is as nice as any boutique or reputable chain. Incredible rooms, top service, Michelin level food! The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The amenities in the room are spa level. We will return!!

Our first morning in Thailand. What a wonderful breakfast .

Room had dirty floors and we had coacroaches too. We told the staff the first day, but when we came back floors were still dirty. The staff did not seem to care. Not recommended at all.
