Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Beach Club Resort

We booked a sea view room with terrace (beachfront). It was on the ground floor of the building facing the private beach. The room was big, also big bathroom and very clean. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. The negative side of this room was there was a connecting door. Although the door was locked but the light could get through under the door and also the noise from the other side of the door. Breakfast was very basic and a bit lower than our expectation. The beach facilities had not been maintained properly. And they were not enough for number of guests.

I am currently staying here on my 1st morning. Breakfast is carnage, nobody to greet, long queues, no tables, poor food. The reception staff were incredibly rude to me this morning, completely ignoring me and allowing people to cut in, even though I was patiently waiting for them. I had to raise my voice and say, “am I invisible?” The building is very dated, the pools are not well maintained. I will be spending my time outside and away from the hotel. Recommend to look for alternative hotels. I would not stay here again. The photos do not give a true image of the place. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would!

The first room was awful. Rather than lose me to a bad review, they moved me to a great room. My stay was just fine I needed to leave two days early so I went to check out. Unfortunately they decided they wanted to charge me ฿75 for a Coca-Cola out of my mini bar. But since I don’t drink Coca-Cola and I’m the only person who is in that room, I refuse to pay it.They got really pissed off and were rude. It’s a shame. The rest of my experience was just fine. But I don’t like when people try to rip me off even for the littlest thing. The thing is, I could’ve gone back and rescinded some of the tip I left for the maid who overcharged me, but I chose not to.

Hello.. we had a stay for 3 nights pool view room.. one good thing is that it has a balcony and nice breakfast every morning. we have faced problem with bathroom shover very less pressure. and also there is no clarity about taking room towels to swimming pool. I took 1 towel and i went to swimming pool, ofcourse there is no live guard. some lady took my towel and during the room cleaning service, i have mentioned the towel issue. Receptionist said, towels are available at the swimming pool and no need to take one from our room.. Badly at that time there are no towels at the swimming pool. there should be a clarity about Do's & Dont's during check in.. Apart from that Food is Good. Nice Beach View and all are perfect.

There are so many better options around Pattaya and the Jomtien area than this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we were disappointed with both the service and the facilities. The check-in experience was slow and left a poor first impression. Throughout our short stay, the overall service lacked the attentiveness we had hoped for. Our Superior Room was very dirty and worn down, nothing like the pictures advertised. The breakfast was very basic and boring, offering little variety or quality. Just go elsewhere, there are so many other better options. Even though we didn’t pay a lot, we still felt like we didn’t get our money’s worth.
