Thai Garden Resort

Overall a pleasant stay BUT Sun bed policy needs resolving . It hasnt changed in three years . Hotel says it's looking into it . But no real improvement . People were clearly upset when they came to the pool only to find dozens of beds with towels on and no people at 8.30am . The worst offender this year a couple using a homemade disability sign . They had prime position at the pool everyday . Walked freely to and from there apartment with towels etc . Moved beds around when required . To top it all danced for over 10 minutes at the Saturday buffet . How was this allowed by the hotel ? A total disrespect for people with mobility issues .

This hotel is on the North Road of Pattaya so is a good walk to Central Pattaya. It is off the road so it was quiet. The pool is long and has spa nooks along it. Half the pool is 1.5m and then it shallows and has a toddler area which is fenced off. Our room was a suite so it had a separate living area. Bed was hard so we asked for a topper. The room was great and even the single rooms look big. Shower, toilet and basin were all good. It was cleaned daily. Breakfast was usual buffet breakfast with an egg chef. Had a lot of Thai choices at breakfast as well. Across the road was Terminal 21 Shopping Centre and lotus is also just up the road. Our stay was great and would recommend it to all sorts including young families. The German- Austrian Consulate is there so not a lot of Australians or English were staying there.

Most of this hotel was great.The staff were friendly. BUT the beds are terrible and as old as the hotel had a topper added but still very average.Complained and hopefully they listened and having them replaced

Lovely resort, very clean, staff very welcoming and helpful. Staff helped with suitcases into rooms, rooms very tidy and clean and also very big. Pool was very big however would've been nice for it to be a little bit colder with the weather being so hot. Breakfast was nice with the congee, the soup noodles and eggs (scrambled/fried/omelette) being made fresh in front of you. Good location with Terminal 21 only being a stones throw away and also another massive shopping centre a walking distance away. Massive thank you to the hotel manager Ariya who helped me get my jacket back as I had left it in the wardrobe after checking out and moved to Bangkok. She went out of her way to get it back to me. 😊

What a resort, and we had such a fantastic time. The staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived and were so friendly and attentive. Our family room ( C20, 16th-26th August ) was everything we were after, and more! There was not one fault we could think of and, this really is a lovely place to holiday, and I thoroughly recommend this resort to anyone.
