Tower Club at Lebua

Stayed in one of the newly renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright and spacious, with ample plush amenities. Suite came with butler service. The butler, Pomme, was exceptionally friendly add responsive to each request I made. He and the other butler positively differentiated the experience staying at the Tower Club. That said, the rest of the property was dilapidated. The elevators were infuriating: skipping floors; changing direction for no reason; and multiple banks of elevators being out of synch with each other. The hotel had staff dedicated on the ground floor to direct traffic into the dark, musty elevators. The lounge is unwelcoming. Very dark entry with squishy carpet. No real views. Limited offerings for breakfast and cocktail hours. But the staff were cheerful and attentive. Neighborhood is crowded, but feels safe. Many shopping and dining options nearby. Not difficult to get to ICON Siam.

Hazel has been a fantastic post. She was able to give us the top five star experience of the hotel and we had a wonderful time and this is one of the best memories we have had at this hotel so I would highly recommend Hazel and her team.
