Very nice resort. Beautiful place. Clean. Ideal location. Near at the beach and to the shops, restaurants. Very good spa. Very polite and friendly people working at hotel. I want to say a big thank you to : Design, Lisa, Fern, Heidi, Boy and Emmy.

Such a wonderful hotel and even more than wonderful staff. All with very smiley faces and happy to assist 24/7. Special mention to Tata who looked after us. Cannot recomend this hotel enough. If I get back to Patong Burasari would be my choice of where to stay. Fabulous choice at breakfast and lovely rooms.

The hotel is lovely if a bit hilly but that’s a minor thing as there is always a buggy to pick you up and take you where you need to be, the buggy boys are excellent with great chat and knowledge, all staff are lovely and the rooms re cleaned immaculately. Down side …. We booked half board so bed breakfast and evening meal, which is fine, the food is great with plenty of choice, however at every evening meal we have been to there are no beverages supplied … didn’t particularly want alcohol ( reduced rate would have been good) but not even table water, juice or coffee if you want anything to drink with your meal you have to pay. We have travelled the world and never experienced this even in some of the poorest countries, water has been supplied with food. We had Italian at te bepe tonight and the food was lovely but after clearing our mains it took at least and im being nice here 15-20 minutes for the lemon tart and vanilla Icecream to be served… really 3 pre-made lemon tarts with a bit of fruit on and one scoop of vanilla ice cream, I was probably still annoyed about the lack of water. Summary: Clean, nice, friendly, don’t bother with the beach food, if you go Bbem bring your own beverage and give a big smile to your buggy driver and Andrea on the buggy desk as they are fab xx
