Hotel and SPA are very good. Our room was located within the pool - amazing. Service was very good! Thank you so much. The only negative was a slight smell from the air condition- but to be fair it was very humid.

We loved our stay at the hotel, Boy the staff member was kind, as were the rest of the staff at the hotel, a hotel close to everything! Including the center and the beach!

Our family (30 pax) had an amazing time at Burasari Phuket. The staff were very attentive and went the extra mile for all our needs including setting up cooking class for 12 pax, private dinner by the pool for all 30 of us and arranging for activities. Highly recommended.

This romantic boutique hotel is a gorgeous, peaceful oasis in bustling Patong Beach. It's in a terrific location just steps from Patong Beach and from multiple bars, restaurants and entertainment, as well as excellent shopping. It is very pretty with streams, waterfalls and 2 lovely pools. It is very tropical with flowers and foliage everywhere. It really is quite delightful and we loved the ambience. The dining and bar areas are charming with lots of wood and nooks and crannies. The food at breakfast, as well as for lunch and dinner was excellent with a good selection and very amiable staff. I did spot a cockroach at breakfast one morning which was promptly dealt with. We were on a 3 week tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand and this was the last of our 6 hotels. The reception and concierge staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly the bellboys. We arrived mid morning and were taken to a hospitality room, given cool drinks and towels. They stored our luggage for us. On departure, we had a late flight so, again, we had the use of the hospitality room and baggage storage. As we had no local rep to look after us here and no tours included, the front desk staff recommended a local taxi driver to take us on a countryside tour. He turned out to be terrific and we appreciated this very much. Unfortunately, although our room was very nice and well-appointed with good storage space (we loved the large straw beach bag containing beach mats and towels-what a nice touch). I was so disappointed to have the worst view I think I've ever had (after some 40 years in the travel industry). I could have cried when I opened the shutters to see that we faced the wall of an adjacent building that was lined with ugly air conditioning units. We couldn't even see the sky. This was my dream bucket list destination so this was such a letdown. We knew we were not on the beach but thought we might have a pool or street view. I just didn't think a hotel of this calibre would have such a terrible view. Unfortunately, there was nothing else available, unless we wanted to share a bed, but we were two ladies travelling together and wanted twin beds. It seemed this hotel caters more to couples. We were never promised a view so we put up with it. There were many swim-up pool side rooms with canopy beds on their balconies (perfect for honeymooners), which we would not have expected but I did expect better than what we got.
