Burasari Phuket

The Burasari Resort was generally very good, but a big improvement could be made. We had a room with walk-in access to the beautiful pool. But although our room was “non-smoking”, for most of our week at the resort we literally could not sit outside our room because of the constant smoking of guests around us. Our clothes reeked of smoke. The private day beds are back to back, separated by a thin screen, so if the person in the next room sits there all day and smokes/ vapes, you will too! Guests literally smoke all over the resort (around the pools, while in the pool, in the restaurant, on the balconies etc). While everything else was very good, we would only stay here again if there were proper non-smoking rooms/ areas.

We stayed here for three nights and quickly got to know the staff, who were incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in hearing our stories. One member of staff in particular, Mann, was outstanding. He made exceptional cocktails at the pool bar and spoke excellent English. His knowledge of British culture, combined with his strong family values, really highlighted what a special team Burasari Phuket has. Well done to everyone at the hotel – we’ll definitely be coming back 🙂

The location was convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants 711. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Shouout to all staff !! They all very friendly and ready to help. Thanks to Sun and team Lisa Fern Boy 👍🏻👍🏻 See you !!!!!

Just spent 10 amazing days at the Burasari Patong. From the moment we arrived till departure the whole experience was faultless. Clean well maintained by housekeeping, all staff friendly from reception to restaurants and bars keep bringing us back! We especially enjoyed the couples spa on our anniversary; jummy and may were exceptionally attentive and experienced. Big thanks to Wit from the Misty bar, Emmy, Par, Smile and Design.
