⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected for an Anniversary Stay We recently stayed at Crest Resort & Pool Villas, Phuket, expecting a comfortable and memorable experience as we were celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in Room 13XX was not functioning properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable, especially in Phuket’s climate. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not working as they should, which was surprising for a resort that positions itself as a premium property. For a resort of this category, one would expect basic room functionality and maintenance to be in order before guests check in, particularly when guests have communicated that they are celebrating a special occasion. While the location of the resort and the views are beautiful, the overall room condition and comfort fell short of expectations, which unfortunately affected what was meant to be a special stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves room maintenance, quality checks, and guest experience, as the property has the potential to offer a much better stay than what we experienced.

Our stay at Crest Resort & Pool Villa in Phuket was simply exceptional from beginning to end. We chose a private pool villa to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I cannot emphasize enough how much this elevated the entire experience. Waking up to our own infinity pool overlooking the lush hills and the Andaman Sea was pure magic. The villa offered complete privacy, tranquility, and an atmosphere of understated eco luxury that made every moment feel special. If you are considering booking, I strongly insist: go for the private pool villa. It is absolutely worth it. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. Their kindness never felt forced — it was natural, sincere, and heartfelt. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team surprised us upon arrival with a beautiful romantic setup in our villa. It was such a touching gesture and set the tone for a memorable stay. These small but meaningful details make all the difference. We also booked a romantic dinner that was simply amazing. The ambiance, the candlelight, the impeccable service, and the quality of the food created a magical evening we will never forget. It felt intimate, elegant, and perfectly orchestrated. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It offers peaceful seclusion on the hills while being very close to Patong Beach, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant energy of Phuket whenever you wish, before returning to your serene private haven. In short, this was a flawless experience — luxurious, romantic, and deeply relaxing. I recommend booking at Crest Resort & Pool Villa blindly. You will not regret it.

The breakfast was so delicious! And the service was great!

My husband and I spent 7 nights at Crest Resort recently. We loved it ! The room we had was beautiful. Large comfortable bed, large shower, bathtub and plenty of room. We loved the breakfasts in the mornings. We were always greeted with a smile and the food was delicious. Lots to choose from. The restaurants at Crest are lovely. Very affordable and nice food. Lovely pool and nice to have a pool bar. One staff member Joan was always lovely to chat to and answer any questions with her lovely smile. Highly recommend Crest.

As a family of 5 we stayed for 12 days and had 2 rooms with pools which joined the main swimming pool, unfortunately they do not have interconnecting doors within the rooms but we got used to this after a while. The views from the rooms are amazing and the hotel is very pretty with lights at night. There is a free shuttle to and from paying beach but it is only every 2 hours. Our room was cleaned daily by Bella, she was a real joy to see every morning, so friendly and polite even to the kids, we had all taken turns to get poorly and she went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were cleaned and tidy and smelling lovely. I would recommend this hotel, it is high up so get a lovely view of patong, the staff are also friendly, breakfast was okay lots of lovely fresh fruit, I would stay here again.
