Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort

We had an awesome experience at Graceland from the start to the finish. the rooms are just so big and amazing and all the staff are so friendly. We had a few issues with our travel because of the conflict in middle east and had to extend. But we were always helped and supported by the front desk staff in our extensions. Especially I would like to highlight Sobika from the front desk who always there to help us and make sure our stay wasn't missing anything.

We stayed for five nights and liked it. Breakfast buffet is large and offers all kinds of food. The hotel has its own beach access and several pools. I did not like the strong chlorine smell in the pools, so I went to the beach. Rooms are comfortable, nice and clean. Only not so nice item: we did not manage to set the aircondition in a way to cool the room enough without getting a cold.

Well what can I say - truly wonderful holiday ! I am a Celiac with other numerous food allergies so I did book this holiday with some trepidation however I needn’t have worried- I had emailed the hotel previously and on check in spoke to Sarah & receptionist manager Nora who assured me that I need not worry - Nora rang down to the food & beverage manager Nong & explained my situation. From then on ‘Mr Nong’ greeted us daily with Pui as his support chef to ask what we would like/be able to eat (normally lunch & dinner are a plentiful hot buffet) - not once was I ‘glutened’ during our stay & every time we entered for our special meal we were greeted by V or Joy who notified Pui that we had arrived and our food came to us shortly after Each & every meal was cooked to perfection and was truly delicious- my heartfelt thanks go out to Nong & his amazing team for making my stay safe & wonderful Our room has access to the swim up pool which was delightful although room at times did smell musty but leaving the door open helped - amazingly massive bed with regular sheets & towel change - tea & coffee also in the room with a fridge (no mini bar etc in the fridge) The beach was gorgeous with beautiful turquoise waters and was bath temperature however beach could be a little stoney in places due to the dead coral - sadly didn’t see many fish which was a surprise & it is illegal to take home any shells you find - no problem getting a sun bed as hotel has policy of not reserving beds which is a real plus Not all restaurants are included in AI package so check what you are paying for Both the beach bbq & Thai nights were executed brilliantly with authentic dancers/ fire eaters - free for AI & worth seeing Sadly there was an incident on the beach that required medical attention that was dealt with smoothly and professionally by the hotel medic team and staff All in all a very relaxing & enjoyable stay thank you Graceland

Toey and pla are best employees and helping us every day with a good place at the beach. Very friendly.
