Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort

Howdy, loved the thai boxing ,the lads done a fantastic job and the Resident Manager Did I wonderful job, my compliments to the chef and all the staff. The house staff are wonderful and very polite and Courteous .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel—everything from the service to the food and rooms was top quality. The room was new, clean, and very comfortable, while the pool, beach, and natural surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The staff, especially at the beach and sports facilities, were outstanding. I enjoyed playing tennis (court included!), and there are plenty of activities like yoga, beach volleyball, bowling, and more. I stayed for a week, and it still wasn’t enough. Definitely coming back soon!

Travelled here as part of an itinerary of 4 different hotels and this was my favourite. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. We had a lovely view out over the gardens. The resort is set in amongst lots of trees so you feel like you are part of the forest. The pool is huge and clean. No problems with sun loungers. My only wish is that there was someone coming around taking drink orders or food orders. I think this was discouraged but we found it a pain having to decamp and go to a restaurant for lunch when having a day by the pool. The restaurants are good, much cheaper to eat outside the hotel though. The Double Tree just opposite is fantastic. We traveled during SongKran which was lovely as there were lots of activities. Do not recommend the event on the beach though, food was covered in flies and the entertainment was poor. Regret spending money on this. The staff were pleasant overall, two separate ladies on reception were a bit rude we thought, barely looking up from their computer to talk to us. On the whole, the resort is a decent 4 star. Tranquil, set right on the beach in an area that didn’t feel too touristy. For those of you with limited mobility, you’ll be able to get around most places with ramps and lifts however the pool only has stepped access and the last step is particularly big. No handrails on entry either.

Nice and friendly. The service is excellent. The hotel has plenty of pools. The beach is clean and amazing. Nearby, you can find delicious food and a fantastic massage.

We had an awesome experience at Graceland from the start to the finish. the rooms are just so big and amazing and all the staff are so friendly. We had a few issues with our travel because of the conflict in middle east and had to extend. But we were always helped and supported by the front desk staff in our extensions. Especially I would like to highlight Sobika from the front desk who always there to help us and make sure our stay wasn't missing anything.
