Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort

Good hotel I'm so happy here beautiful beach and nice people Especially Sunil fluk Nat mos pla everyone is very friendly and smile all the time I'm will come back here again

This is a lovely hotel and we would definitely go back. We spent 1 week with the family with 2 children. With regards to the location, its 25 mins away from the main town of Khao Lak, but you have miles of the most beautiful white sandy beaches with warm clear water to swim in and just paradise around you. No worries of monkeys on the grounds as the gardens and staff maintain this place extremely well. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The beaches were maintained well and it was peaceful. The hotel grounds offer a beautiful green surrounding with no noise in the background apart from the birds in the trees. There are a few private restaurants near the hotel on the beach and decent prices and lovely food. At first we had a problem with the hotel room as the air-con released a unpleasant smell. We were able to change our room quickly and the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious with its own little kitchen as well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom with a separate toilet were clean and modern. There is also a bath tub on the balcony. The aircon didn't work at one point but this was fixed within an hour from calling reception, so service was 10/10. They have a decent gym, a bowling alley, pool room which all looked brand new and kept very well. Lots to do for the kids. If there was one disappointment about this hotel was the lack of variety at the breakfast. Quite disappointing to see a limited variety of fruit within a tropical resort. The pool is lovely but there is only one steps to get in so you need to slide yourself and pull yourself out. OK if your young but if your an elderly person, this would be a problem, but the beach is literally on your door step. The main town (KhaoLak) is about 25 mins away by taxi. The hotel are happy to provide you a taxi and you can use the same one for the week. Khaolak is a lovely town, decent stores, restaurants are fantastic and plenty to choose from. Lots of shops to buy clothes and trainers. The quality is very good.

Absolutely amazing stay! So friendly fluk and Toey was amazing, had a brilliant experience with them. So welcoming and kind. 5* service absolutely amazing would 1000% come back!!

Amazing location to relax, hotel staff were great to be around especially Toey & Fluk who made out time here that little bit better! Will definitely return here
