Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort

Had a lovely stay at this hotel . Rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast great choice. staff friendly. Especially the boys on the beach Thep,and pla were aways there to help . They are there morning till night arranging sunbeds for clients. Nothing is a problem for them . I would say the hotel caters more for the French clients. The activities on the beach were all for the French clients. As being British we couldn't change money in the hotel. I feel that is not good customer service. We spent most of our time on the beach as the swimming pool had very few sunbeds or space . The huge grass area in my opinion is a waste of space . Also the are 2 buildings which assumed we Al acarte restaurants , never used , we did go to the Italian. There is no entertainment at this hotel . The shuttle bus takes you to town but you have to book it it runs at 3.30 . You may have to wait 2 days to get a seat in it . It's a 20 mins to the town . The bar next door the Tonga is where we spent most of our evenings for dinner and drinks . They have a fire show on during the week . I did enjoy my holiday . If I had the opportunity to return I would go closer to the town.

Staying here right now. Beautiful resirt m, right on the beach, tropical vibe, stunning rooms, comfortable bed and fabulous service. Still have a few nights left. Don't want it to end! Stunning sunsets here. Thank you to all the staff at Graceland. Mark & Michaela Reid

Our stay at Graceland Khao Lak was truly wonderful. The resort is beautifully surrounded by tropical nature with a long, peaceful beach and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food throughout our stay was very good. The staff across the hotel are friendly and helpful. A special thank you goes to Thep and Toey, who take care of the beach sunbed service. They are always smiling, very kind, and always willing to help, which made our time on the beach even more enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
